    They are good the sound is great but they have trouble connecting sometimes so the sound is muted and have to reconnect it a few times

    Silly you make a headset only for PC. Swap that usb out with an Aux for controllers and this would sale like hot cakes. Limiting only to PC gaming is just a silly business move.

    They're cute, but just okay. I did not like how the microphone isnt retractable like the V1 was. They also feel cheaper made compared to the V1. Overall a disappointment and I ended up returning them.

    Mic is very choppy - pretty heavy for a headset as well - apparently this headset is a hit or miss and sadly I got a miss.

    I was so excited to buy this head set. It is so adorable and the ears change colors which is amazing.. sadly I went to use them and like many other reviews the mic does not work. To other people my voice was very distorted.. the sound quality is good via the headset, but the mic is useless… we tried troubleshooting and working with the synapse and nothing worked. Sadly I will have to return them…
