Trying too hard to improve things without testing

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dual output they have in these headsets seems like they didn’t even test it, I am unable to hear both a game and a call at the same time unless they are sent through the same output which was causing my games audio quality to drop. Switching between wired and wireless caused this issue to behave worse where my computer couldn’t decide what output was the correct one, tried updating firmware and razer support was no help at all just asking me a checklist of trouble shooting before saying it was faulty and to get a replacement, the replacement behaved the same way ultimately leading to a return and a purchase of the V2 pro that doesn’t have all of these issues

MUST BUY!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these for my girlfriend and she loves them. She is very picky when it comes to electronics and her gaming set up and she gave them a 9/10. They are esentialy the V4 pro with cat ears.
