Great headphone with software issue

At the beginning the sound is very minimal, you will need to play around with the control. And the software to make full use of the headphone is a pain, it will crash most of the time.

Unnecessarily complicated

If you need a headphones with versatility in how it can used USB or standard headphone jack, say if using a computer and then later using them in a controller jack the. Switching back this headset can be nice. I only need a headphone for USB computer which makes this product overly complicated. Even though it is one device it has a separate driver/setting for sound and microphone. It has 2 mute and 2 volume controls on it. So seeing if your muted or not muted or if volume controls are bumped you always have to check 2 locations. For me, overly cumbersome. For some one who uses this for USB and then switches to regular headphone jacks this could be ideal for. Finally, the fit on the head does not feel as nice as the larger kraken USB heads phone.

Great headphones, but lacking Mac support

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headphone to use it in my mac through the USB adapter; however, there is no way to control mic volume with it or thought the OS system when connected this way. The only way to make it usable is through the 3.5mm jack connector. I am still giving in a 4 since it has great noise reduction in both speakers and mic.

A GOOD headset... Not great, but GOOD

For the money i say its just decent. I have owned headsets that have comparable SQ for considerably less. It does not overperform or underperform. Its a good headset, not great, but good.
