And now a month later it most definitely was worth it. Thanks to the guys at Best Buy for the recommendation.

I knew I'd have to be in meetings and in calls with friends and my old headset hurt my ears after a hour or so. These fit right over and are no problem for me. Plus the sound quality is really good and the controller is convenient for muting myself and changing volume. No complaints.

Gave it 3 stars only because the advertising could have been more clear about all features not being compatible with the PS4. For PC use it would be a great buy.

Do not buy for PC!

Comfortable for only an hour. Too many cords and dongles if using for PC, no point in having 3 different places to control the volume. Installing the right drivers and getting them to work was a headache. It installs too many different sound devices(THX, GAME, CHAT, 7.1 SURROUND SOUND, HEADPHONES/SPEAKERS, and MORE) and a pain to find out with one is going to work so sometimes I wouldn't have surround sound on my game/movie. Razer was too much of a headache, I exchanged them for a Corsair Headset that Ive used for 2 weeks now and love!

Christmas Gift

It was important that he could plug in to his PC. He asked for a set that he could use for gaming as well as video making. I am not savvy with gaming equipment or video making so this was a shot in the dark. He said it was exactly what he was wanting!

Amazon didn't have this available until after Christmas, while Best Buy had it under a great price and delivered the very next day! Very impressed! Will definitely consider buying from Best Buy next time I want to buy any electronics.
