Awesome sound and very comfortable

I play FPS games and the spacial audio is amazing. I can hear foot steps and know exactly where they are. The frequency response is off the charts too. Overall super happy with these.

Good headset

And every now and then the headset has to be reconnected to the computer as if it’s a new device. But other than that it’s good.

I gave 4 stars because while it is compatible with Xbox the thx 7.1 surround sound is a downloadable application only on windows computers.

Great product [FITS BIG HEADS]

I wasn't sure if it'd fit my head, but it did. My head is about 29" and it fits on the highest setting with more room. Awesome product.

Average - The USB Dongle & Standard jack is nice

I swap this between my xbox, work and personal computers. The downside is that the noise stopped in one ear within 6 months of use. The adjustment switch on the side also broke off. I was able to get a replacement but had to pay for the warranty again. Overall stil like them, but would be careful about giving this to any kids or rough users. Sound quality is decent. I wouldn't get these if you are looking for really good noise cancellation.

Headphones are great

Huge Disappointment

I have been troubleshooting for hours and hours, and my computer will NOT recognize the microphone, which renders this headset completely pointless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, uninstalled and reinstalled all recognized audio devices and recording devices, updated the drivers on everything, and nothing has worked. I also keep seeing 2 icons for the headset in my Sound Control Panel no matter how many times I remove and uninstall.

The controller for volume and chat control is great to have as well.
