I have had these headphones for over a year so when I saw them for only $50 at Best Buy I had to pick them up for my brother. He loves them!

Got this for my brother as a gift to replace his old worn out Kraken V2. Works great with the Razer software to make changes if needed.

Straight out of the box, these headphones are very high quality, with leatherette on the top and sides of the headband and cushioning on the bottom. The headset is constructed with aluminum and plastic, making it very lightweight. In addition, all of the cables are braided, a nice touch, makes the headphones look and feel like a premium product. I use these on my PC, but you can use with Xbox One, PS4, Switch and Mac. Comfort: The first thing I noticed about these…they’re super comfortable! This is because of the cushioned headband combined with the memory foam ear cushions. Also, they have a “Cooling gel layer”, and this helps to keep your ears cool. This helps to prevent your ears sweating, what a big difference compared to my other gaming headphones! I had these on for hours with no discomfort! The ear cushions wrap around your ear, the middle part of the headphones doesn’t touch your ear. Because of the lack of contact on your ears, they are very suitable for long gaming sessions, as they won’t put pressure on your ears. My son (13) found that the headphones a bit loose and can fall off. I thought they were fine, I would say my head is of average size (large ski helmet if that helps). Sound: Now the second part, the audio. As recommended, I set the volume on the PC to the max and control the headphone volume with the included control. The software was easy to install and fairly intuitive. You can adjust the equalizer and mic sensitivity. While gaming, I could easily hear the sounds of other players, and track where they were coming from. For example, the planes in “Fortnite: Battle Royale” easily trackable, and I can hear whether it is left, right, or even above me. The THX audio is an amazing feature, and sounds great. The sound quality is very good, although when I use it for music, its not as clear and crisp as my everyday headphones. Finally, the microphone. The retractable mic is super cool, it retracts very smoothly. However, it picks up small sounds like keyboard clicks, which can be annoying for others. However, other than that, it works very well. Overall, I would recommend these headphones for anyone looking for a good, comfortable headset without breaking the bank.

I got these for my son to play his video games. He used them all the time so I think he likes them.

This headset almost works straight out the box. You just need to download the Razer Synapse program after you plug it in, and then it’s good to go!

Overall I think razer markets themself really well weather or not this headset lives up to it I do t think so for the price point

This headset works great for gaming. It does take a bit of moving around for the headset to work but once you configure it properly it is amazing.

It is pretty good for a headset the only problem I have with it is the fact that it does really support directional hearing

I use these for gaming and they’re great. The adjustable size works for me, as does the ability to mute/unmute so easily

Using them for my Xbox, sucks I can’t use the THX control but still pretty good.

bought this for online gaming. basic function. Razer synapse makes it easy. decent quality input and output.

Bought these as a present for my daughter on Christmas. She loves them and uses them for online classes as well as her games.

Wasn’t the most comfortable but good quality really enjoyed the sound though.

They have absolutely helped me out a lot I had originally bought a different pair but it had a lot of problems which these don’t have

Purchased for my grandson. He loves the headset but does complain of occasional sound disruptions

I've always been a Razer fan and these do not disappoint. Make sure to properly install drivers and it'll be fine on PC. Note that the USB only is for PC!

Standard headset that lasts for awhile. Nothing crazy or excellent but easy to use and set up.

It’s a okay headset for its price it’s extremely light and it pretty hard on the top of my head

Great but not for consoles. It’s cool but if I wanted something for my ps5. It’s great for your pc but ps5 isn’t it
