The overall 3D sound and sound in general is really good but the mic is quiet this is easily fixed by tweaking some settings overall i enjoy the feel and comfort of this headset

This headset is very comfortable to wear and its very loud when you use the THX adapter when gaming on PC you get very good surround sound.

I’ve had these for about seven months and so far the sound quality and mic are great. However, the little grids on the side of them is currently getting a little rusty on the inside. This hasn’t damaged their functionality but it is a shame that it’s happening because I would like to keep using these for a good amount of time but if they get too rusty, I’ll have to get new ones.

This was my first time buying a Razer product and I wouldn't say I had the greatest experience with the headset. Microphone wise it was fine, but the audio quality in games was absolutely horrendous. The volume was never loud enough and had a muffed effect. I couldn't make out what directions the sounds were coming from, but watching videos were fine, and didn't have any issues. I tried looking into the settings and configuring it for a while and it didn't work. I looked on the Razer forums and it seems like there were a good amount of people who were having the same issues. It's an "okay" item and I don't really recommend this product.

Great headphones work well no issues great sound and quality great for gaming and entertainment. Both my sons enjoy the very much they love gaming and entertainment also great for music and watching you tube videos

One of best sets I have used. Very comfy and can hear things, like footsteps so much better. Would def recommend..

This is an fair headset at its best.The sound is ok but really couldn't find a good fit with the Xbox one console. It felt clunky and sound control wasn't the greatest. Comparative there are much better headsets for the price point.

Great sound with gameplay but horrible music quality. When you plugin the usb soundcard into the computer it shows you 3 seperate soundcards. How is a normal person suppose to know about this in Windows 10? No matter what I did I couldn't get the music to sound anywhere as good in the synapse software as in my game. If gameplay is the most important thing to you, then buy these. Otherwise look elsewhere.

The volume knob breaks after 3 months then razer and best buy ignore youre for 9 months. Why? I paid 100 plus dollars for thos and this is the servvvoce/cusotmer service i recieve? Why? Did i not spend enough to make the payywall you apparently havr enforced?

I bought this headset for my daughter since she enjoys playing video games! It’s fun for them to Communicate and talk trash to there friends while they complete missions!

I have played games both on console and PC competitively for more than 10 years. I recently purchased a PC and opted to buy these headphones and am returning them tomorrow morning after less than two weeks. If you'd like to purchase headphones with horrible sound engineering then these are you go to. I have owned more than 8 different headsets from multiple different manufactures and these fall in last place by miles. The Razer Synapse app helps complicate things even more when it comes to finding the correct sound. Comparing these to my Turtle Beach Elite Pros I currently own there is no competition. These headphones completely boost the incorrect sounds in game and accent the wrong sounds to be way too loud as well. If you are looking for plug and play headphones with great quality steer far away from these. I am tempted to burn them and not even get a refund because thats how upset I am with them.

what they don't tell you. This USB controller only works with Razer synapse 3.0 and 3.0 is in Beta! I am not the only one with issues of BETA 3.0 not recognizing this headset or giving me the software to control it. However Discord will recognize that this headset is plugged in, but not the Razer software! on top of that the Razer 3.0 software will not recognize my Black Adder mouse, even though windows does! thus I now no longer have control (software) for my mouse buttons! Chroma V2 keyboard will be getting trashed too. This is why I ditched Logitech. I swear Razer hired ex Logitech software employees.

If you plan on buying this for anything other then PC do not bother wasting your money. Will not work for XBOX or PS4
