The fit over the ears is not as snug as I'm used to and prefer, but barely affects my satisfaction. Sound is excellent and the mic captures my voice much more clearly. Microphone took some getting used to since my last headphones had a microphone with a simple flip up and down design.

A lot of people always talk about how "bad" value Razer products are, but I beg to differ after purchasing this headset. The mic quality and sound quality are great in Discord and very easy to use. Coupled with the Razer Synapse program, I can also setup my own neat lighting profiles to match my games. (I did get this headset on sale though!!!)

We bought these headphones to solve a problem with the internal microphone on our Standalone computer. They are headphones for games and there the sound is great. Also much less than the regular headphones we were advised to purchase. Thank you for the Best Buy Associate who recommended them!

Haven’t used the product other than to make sure it worked. Didn't realize it was USB. Need to retest the microphone. I'm selecting no at this time because there needs to be more options under recommend this product. Did not rate quality, value, or ease of use at this time because need more time to test the product. Does seem to have nice sound.

Took a little getting used to on the sound side of things. Good product. Replaced a set of Corsair headphones with these due to echoing issues with the Corsair microphone. These haven’t had the same issue. Mute button on the microphone with red LED is a nice function as well.

This headset is good with every aspect but the down side is that the wire is quick to break had it for a year and after a year it started to have an issue where the cord would constantly disconnect and reconnect. Would recommend getting a warranty on this product in case it has the same issue.

Sounds great but just wasn't the sound I was looking for. Great for games but for music, it was a little inaccurate. The mic was great and the retractability was a nice touch. Didn't like the way I can mute it though. Everyone can hear you fiddling with the mic while you press mute. an inline control would've been better or a separate button. Returned for the Blackshark V2 Pro instead.
