This headset is super comfortable. However, I have noticed the volume can be low at times. I have gone into Razer synapse and attempted to configure settings with no luck. Personally, I can not tell the difference between THX Spatial Audio and regular surround sound. Good all-around headset.

He absolutely loves them. We own other razor stuff and are happy. The sound in these makes you feel like you're in a theater. The sound even goes between each area to give you the effect around you.

Bought these for my 9 year old grandson and in all the years of giving him gifts, I’ve never seen him more thrilled! He loves that they change colors, the microphone and that he can hang them on his desk!

Bought these headphones on Black Friday. Pobably the best investment I’ve made. It’s probably gonna take some time to get use to the spatial audio. But once you do, you’re gonna be hearing everything within whatever game you’re playing

high quality headset, with long cord. Sound via mic and headphones is of terrific quality. Mic does not pick up background noise like lower end models often do. Headset has excellent sound deadening quality regarding any sound/noise not coming from the headset.

The headphones sit a little large and loosely on my head, but the mic works great, the sound is phenomenal once you get the correct settings, and connecting it to all the other razer products for colorcoding is really cool.

I like the design. I even like Razer as a company. If this gadget kept itself simple it would of been just dandy for the price. But here's the thing. It has THQ Surround Sound. It leads you to believe you got to buy it separate to use it. Well here is my problem. I downloaded the 15 day trail and it made changes to my computer. Now I don't know what's what and it really frustrates me. For ex., I have to go into settings and choose if I want the audio to come from the laptop speakers or the headset. Before installing the THQ add-on it would go through the headset when plugged in and speakers when not. I'm so confused about my pc and headset now... so do I regret buying these? Absolutely.

An amazing product. The noise cancelling is good, the volume is amazing and the microphone has good quality. I totally recommend it to play online and for meetings on videocall.

Although, I ended up returning them because I prefer wireless over wired. These had excellent sound quality and crisp clear voice. At least that is what others told me after hearing me through them. If it weren't for it being wired, I would have kept them.

The sound quality is good, the cord is plenty long and the mic picks up sound really well. The only downside is registering the product on Razer's website. The product number is underneath the padding, so removing it and putting back on is a bit of a hassle.

Great headphones. I use them for virtual meetings at work. People seem to hear me clearly on the other end as well. Got them on sale which makes this purchase even more satisfying.

I use this pair of headphones for working at home, and they work great! I love the variety of color options for the lights and the sound is pretty decent. Mic works great!

I had purchased the Razer Kraken Ultimate Chroma RGB Wired THX Spatial Audio Gaming Headset for PC for my boyfriend for Christmas. Overall, my boyfriend likes it - good audio, build quality, and lighting effects.

Much more comfortable than the previous version of the Kraken, but it isn't as snug. Moving ones head causes it to shift around the ears. There is fabric padding touching the ears rather than fake leather like the previous version, so I'm hoping it won't peel like other Razer headsets do.

I bought mine around christmas last year for 50% off and have throughly enjoyed them, so much so that when i went to buy a headset for my brother this year and saw they had the same sale running i knew i had to buy another. Would highly recommend.

Excellent headphones for a mid range price. Only complaint is audio bleed from the headphones and mic on iPhone, Xbox, and anything else that doesn’t allow the use of the splitter. Works great on pc, but I’d dish out the extra 15-20 bucks for the higher end razers if buying for console specific

My bf loves my Razer cat ear headset for the quality and RGB but wanted a headset with a clean simple look- this is the perfect fit! It’s actually arguably better than the cat ear headset because his RGB works even with his PS4!!!

Cant go wrong with this headset. Software can be finicky but troubleshoot to the best of your abilities if you do have issues and it'll be worthwhile when you manage to set it up properly!

Best wired gaming headset on the market right now. The bass and volume customization makes the overpriced headsets sound like $5 earbuds you can get at an airport.
