This headset died 2 years and 2 weeks after purchase. The warranty? 2 years part and labor lol like clockwork!! It saw no severe use, no dropping or damage. Just made a soft popping noise and then wouldn't function again. I also have a razr mouse and keyboard, both of which are poor quality, not to mention the razr software malfunctioned constantly and tech supports response was mostly "yeah, try reinstalling kthxbye" Will never buy this junk brand again
