    Razer does not seem to be on their game anymore. I have had many issues with their headsets recently. I previously bought a kraken headset, but the head band fell apart in less than a year. So I thought to try this model, Kraken Ultimate, to trade up. Big mistake! On a new ASUS pc laptop, the Kraken Ultimate is a pain to use. It is boosting audio causing everyone to hear background sounds at very loud levels. I have to mute my microphone when I am not talking on Disord or Skype or my friends will complain how it hurts their ears. It also gets confused on input/output devices and is not a turnkey solution like other headsets are. Also the mic is supposed to mute when you touch it. The light goes off, but it does not mute. I tried Razer tech support for several hours twice since buying this recently, but it is still not working right. I would not recommend Razer headsets to anyone. :-(
