good for gaming and was replacement for worn out headset

It's okay, but everyone says i sound like a robot.

Drove about an hour to pick this up for my son for a gift and it worked minus the fact it did not light up like it was suppse to do when you hit mute. It did not work.

Got this to replace a set of astro a40s from 2013 that finally died on my. The audio is absolutely awful. It sounds like I'm in the middle of a battlefield with a bucket over my head. Voices sound distant even when coming from the player character. It's like someone is talking over my shoulder. I messed with eq and turning enhancements/surround on and off. Nothing seems to help. For what these cost I was expecting more. I will say that sound was directional and it picked up footsteps and other details better than my old set, but overall it's not for me will be returning.

The headphones audio wise are good but everything else is not good. Microphone is not good, headphones are uncomfortable to wear for long periods, and build quality is not great.

I love the razer products and a year ago I'd put 5 stars, but it seems their software sucks. I always have issues with synapse and their drivers. goodluck... Plug and listen at least...

Software is a pain to deal with and the audio is occasionally weird until you tweak it a bit. Mic is awful. Had to move it in a hundred directions before someone could hear me.

Great sound poor mic. The sound on these are top notch. Beat sound I’ve heard out of a headset. The mic unfortunately……as with many other reviewers….. not so much. Garbled talk if any at all would go thru. Could not use to edit videos even. I would go with the arctic headsets. I ended up buying the arctic 3 which worked much better to my specifications.

Mic doesn’t work. Been trying to troubleshoot for two weeks. Have to find time to return. Would think a gaming headset would work right out of the box.

Both mic and audio quality are pretty bad, when I listen to music it lags no matter what device I connect it to.

I bought these June 2020 and last month in September 2021 the wired bit started acting up. Any time I turn my head in the slightest they disconnect until I move the wire around to reconnect to my games and Discord. They were a great headset until this started happening with owning them for a little over a year. For the price I'd expect them to last longer than that. Time to buy a new headset but I think I will stay away from Razer (or wired all together)

Качество звука не впечатлило. Музыку слушать не возможно, эквалайзер не помогает решить проблему с провалом средних частот и хрипящим басом. Пластик дешевый и отдаётся каждым касанием в уши. Главный минус - не работает микрофон от слова вообще. Надо буквально орать, чтобы тебя услышали в игре или в поиске. Тестировали на двух компах с 7 и 10 виндой - результат тот же. Вернули обратно. Единственный плюс - дизайн и световые эффекты.

They are okay. Sound quality is iffy and cuts in and out a lot but grabbed them during a sale so I'm not too upset over it. Good enough for a 12 y.o.

This is a Christmas gift that has not been opened yet. The box is nice looking. If the product matches the box we have a 4 or 5 star.

Connectivity issues poor quality outrageous price for what you're getting

The THX is not the game changer as they said. Fragile, the surround is subpar, Don't let all the fancy words, lure you in, Quality is frustrating, beacuse4 you a4re paying a 100 dollar product and does not deliver. They are comfortable but wont last. This feels like a 50 dollar headphone. I have a another razer headphone and I see no difference. AVOID THEM.

Not for Xbox... PC only..... Didn't see that it was for PC only on the description when purchasing the product for a Christmas present.

On the first week of buying this, the headset has always made a slight ringing noise and you could get a better quality headset for less

I didn’t realized it was a usb mic and they didn’t work to well, the noise quality wasn’t the best and they often cut out.

Good headset but I personally wasn’t able to use it because I didn’t know it was only usb before I bought it
