Full of adware. (And probably malware) worked for about 10 minutes then sound began to surge up and down and up and down and up and d….then they died. All sound pretending to come from headset but only (and very softly) coming from computer speakers (Asus Zenbook Pro15) will be returned. Maybe they were a defective dud.

Mic doesn’t work properly, volume is too low

I am so very disappointed with this headset because I thought it was goin g to perform amazingly, when I read the description I was excited to get these and give them to my son. I figured it was going to be worth the money spent, but sadly that’s not the case.

Unique Headset not in a good way

It then went into crazy mode. By that I mean that the sound stage would change. It would not matter if it is music, gaming or podcast that you listen to. The Razer software which helps with the sound stage is what is causing this. Without the software these headset sound dull. Any product that acts up after a few days is not on the recommended list.

Mic is horrible for non-gaming apps

The volume is so low, the other person can't hear you speaking. I contacted Razer Tech Support. Did everything they suggested. Nothing worked. They then told me to go back to the store since I'd just purchased them yesterday. Their support is a joke!

Returned the first one because I thought it was defective. Same problem with the second one. Upgraded to the Kraken but software from the previous Razer wasn't recognized.

The cable is braided and well made except it can fray a bit. Be careful for pets as theyll chew right through the braiding. The audio quality is average but you are able to improve it with the EQ system using the software. If you have a good external audio system it can sound like top tier headphones.

Microphone lasted less than 3 months

As of last week the microphone no longer works. This was purchased to make videos and so now it's useless. Very disappointed in the quality.

One software was removed sound was working. They tried to blame my brand new gaming laptop. Issue happened on several pcs.

Tinnitus Phones
