Left ear stop working after ONE DAY let me repeat ONE DAY it is also big and doesn't fit on my face correctly

Do not buy this item. The quality is not worth the price. You can find better quality headsets for this price. It's purely just rgb.

Purchased in June, not working by October. The cables get bent and they are fixed so you can’t replace them, and the warranty isn’t any help

Got these headphones to replace my corsair headphones because the foam earpiece was completely detached, and I am very happy with these. These headphones sound so good while listing to music and gaming. They sound so clear and crisp I can picture the instruments being played while listening. The mic sounds good according to my friends, although it does pick up a little more background sounds and breathing than you might want but its not bad. I do wish you didnt have to pay to use the THX spacial audio though, but I dont really need it so I dont care much.

The thx spatial audio causes lots of problems in a lot of software, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Was a great headset until it stopped working after 7 weeks of use.

Great for gaming and working from home. Mute button is efficient, plus pair with the Razer Synapse it works great.

These are over-ear headphones with excellent padding and beautiful sound quality. The microphone picks up my voice very well and doesn't distort it and the microphone arm actually stays where I put it which is a definite upgrade to the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma I had before. I would absolutely recommend these to everyone and I'm considering getting my husband a pair as a surprise birthday present. The $60 headphones don't even come close. PROS: -microphone arm stays in place -excellent sound quality, -replaceable ear cushions, -lighting color pallet can be changed to match your set-up -Mute indicator light that turns on only when you're muted -durable cord -a sturdier and more industrially durable build than the Chroma had -ears are larger so they fit over the ear instead of sitting on top. Cons: -Ear cushion angle is less flexible than the Chroma, These do not fold up neatly on themselves -Critical information such as serial number is under the ear cushions which makes it very hard to access. -Same fabric as the Chroma which started to peel off in the way that faux leather typically does after 3 or 4 years. -not amazingly comfortable with glasses but better than most

The sound quality is amazing for my 2nd gaming headset from BestBuy. Using the surround sound aspect from the Razer app. Onl downfall is my volume slider spins but doesn't actually work at all sadly. The mic is very good though!

Bought for a gift, they loved it and still use it.

I’ve gone through a few headsets trying to find the right one. This one has been great. It’s comfortable and has good sound quality. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is it’s usb and doesn’t connect to the controller.

I have had this headset for over a year and haven't had any problems and is definitely an upgrade from my regular Krakens that use the older synaps

Love the amazing sound quality and performance it deliveres. the mic works great and the chroma effects are outstanding. A must have for gamers starting out.

This a great headet with gret audio and i like the mic since it sounds so good in gane i would recommend this headset for gaming
