Tangles so easily, completely ruined.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this headset for Christmas and I was super excited, the first day was amazing, the sound quality was great and the microphone was crisp and clear! After another day however, I began to realize how cheap the wire material was, it would tangle easily and become hard to un knot, eventually after another day it got into an unfixable knot and ruined the sound quality and microphone completely, I'm forced to return it for a wireless headset now due to the cheap quality of the wire, not worth the money. I tried looking up ways to safely untangle the wire without damaging the wires inside more, but to no good term, the headset sound ended up staticky and clickey, even disconnecting from my PC entirely if I moved a little in my chair, if you want a good quality headset I recommend looking towards wireless one or rubber wires as they are easier to un tangle and more protective of the wires inside them.

gaming headset with terrible audio & no party mix
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is terrible. sounds VERY muffled. for a gaming headset, it has no method of game/chat mix adjustment. not even software. the mute button on the microphone is a terrible idea. roll the microphone between your fingers till it decides to mute. all the while, you are bombarding the entire lobby with what sounds like someone giving a shiatsu massage to the microphone. the volume dial feels like it came off of an ez-bake oven only because it feels worse than the ez-bake equipment.

Breaks after a few months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset regularly cut out, and once crashed windows when the crappy proprietary software tried to recognize the headset as connected. I expect a headset to last longer than 3 months.

From Love to Hate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my Razer Kraken headset, until it started having wiring issues over time and would disconnect and reconnect at the slightest movement. I was able to exchange them for another pair which worked wonderfully... until the same audio and wiring issues started happening again. It seems like the headset wires are wrapped up too tightly in the packaging which causes problems later down the line.

Worst Headset I ever purchased
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY THIS! This model headset has ear-pads that fall off and are poorly designed to be reinstalled. I have had this set for 2months now. and one of the ear-pads is literally held on now by masking tape. I lost the receipt or i would return to best buy.

bad headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product would be a 5 star if it would have worked for more than 3 months. The headset started to disconnect from the slightest movement then it eventually disconnected for good.
