Great sound on all platforms, music, gaming and movies. The spatial sound im not really a fan of. The vibration of the headohones on your head is to wierd for me to get us to, but you can turn it of and its amazing without it honestly.

Software doesn’t recognize headphones after turning off computer. Need to either pair the headphones through the pairing software or reinstall headphone driver through device manager. Other than that the headphones seemed promising. I’ve had Astro A40’s and Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE, and these performed at the same level minus the flimsy volume button. They would be a 4 if the software worked because the software is required and the cheap volume button that doesn’t sync with the windows volume. Also battery life is really weak even with the gimmicky haptic, and mediocre RGB turned off.

Good quality, usb a dongle with a usb c charging port. Also has aux input. The haptics aren’t as strong as the Razer Nari Ultimate wireless and the ear cups don’t turn , only extend . RGB chroma enabled.

This headset is trash. it only changes if its connected to a PC via Wi-Fi, it will not change otherwise, it will not turn on if its plugged into a charger. and it broke for no reason after just 6 months of use,, I take really good care of my stuff. I will never recommend this overpriced piece of trash to anyone.

Headset are nice and for the price but only after a year, where you adjust height of the headset broke, never dropped them only used them to game and they just started to break, if you do get these buy Best Buy warranty, because dealing with Razer for them to replace them is a pain that I just gave up in dealing with them.

I purchased this headset in October of 2023, only 8 months ago. They have great spacial audio and the THX is amazing for movies and cinematic games. You have to turn off the bass boost for any kind of competitive game that relies on spacial audio. Today I put them on and the plastic part on the slider that holds the fake leather together at the ends completely blew apart. The right side lost a chunk and the left side has a nice crack. Upon researching the topic, I have found that this is common issue with this model, I assume due to poor quality of their plastic, of which the entire headset is made. I will update this review based on the warranty claim process, but for now I cannot recommend this headset. They are far too expensive to be built this cheap.

I purchased these after breaking the cheaper version of these, as I really liked the sound and fit. Did not disappoint. They are very comfortable and I like the aluminum frame over plastic. I don't think I'll be getting ones with haptics again, but I don't mind it, it makes music sound cool. I don't like how much I have to adjust volume between different games, I'm not sure why that's so different. THX surround sound is alright, not noticeably different from 7.1 on my old ones. Battery life seems good so far, I find they are at 60% after about 4 to 5 hours of use. Coming from wired phones it's been a bit of an adjustment to plug them in. The Bluetooth range is pretty miserable, about 5 feet before you get the occasional crackle or hiss, and about 20ft before they cut out. Not a big deal for me personally. I'm told the mic sounds cheap over discord, but it sounds great on the test playback, so that might be my fault. It's nice that it's detachable so I can pull it off while I do homework and listen to music. Overall I'm happy with them, I bought them at 50% off with a coupon and I certainly would NOT pay full price for them. Wait for a sale.

    Worst headphones i’ve ever used

One of the worse headphones I’ve ever purchased, they broke within weeks and it’s signature feature is a gimmick that doesn’t really work great for games. Also when the headphone has like an hour or two left of battery it makes a loud and annoying sound every 10 seconds.

This is my second and last time buying a pair of razer headphones. I dont know why I chose to make the same mistake twice. These are made of plastic at points of tension so they broke on me just from stretching on my head for about a year.

Headband cracked - mute stopped working

They were good to start. But after a while, the software constantly changes settings on my pc. And the extra bass always tries to come back on after I turn it off. The worst issues: the headband plastic cracked, they randomly power off without any warning and with charge, and the mute button stopped working. I wish I could return these. BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN or better yet, don’t buy at all IMO.

Incredible sound with huge bass vibrations

Razer continues to impress in the gaming industry with their latest high end addition to their headphone line up. The new Kraken V3 Pro HyperSense headphones about blew me out of my gaming chair, metaphorically of course, when I first set them up, charged them, plugged in the included USB dongle and turned on some sound. I had no idea how much of a difference the haptic feedback would make for low end deep sound; it felt like my whole head was shaking as if I were at some EDM concert. Not only are they the most bass intensive headphones I have ever used because of the haptic technology that vibrates the headphones when loud sounds are triggered, they also sound incredibly loud and clear with their patented TriForce Titanium drivers and THX 7.1 surround sound that you can hear all around. All of this combined to provide the most incredible immersive sound I have ever experienced from gaming headphones, or honestly any headphones for that matter. The headphones themselves feel very durable and well made and are very comfortable for long time use in gaming sessions due to the memory foam cushions Razer used that wrap nicely around your entire ears locking in the sounds while also providing some noise cancelling for outside sounds. They come with a detachable Razer HyperClear Supercardioid microphone which also keeps unwanted background noise, such as pesky barking dogs, out of your gaming sessions. The only gripe I have is that I wish they would have come with a Bluetooth option to pair with other devices, such as a smartphone, as I would have liked to use these to listen to music as well as gaming. I also wish they were wirelessly compatible for the Xbox, however, that was not a deal breaker for me since you can still wire them to your controller and the massive sound these create far outweigh any shortcomings. Bottom line is you won't be disappointed in these headphones if you are a true gamer or even someone who casually likes to use headphones while working on your computer or laptop.

    Ps5 gamer here, awesome headset

i got these to replace my razer barracudas and was a huge upgrade. the headset is high quality material and doesnt fel;l like its going to break when stretched or anything like that. now the headseth is kinda heavy but you dont feel it oncew you put it on your head and ajust it, maybe its because of the 50mm drivers that are so big thats probably why and the earpads feel really comfortable but they dont sit like on my ears they actually are over the ear and dont get that ear compression like most headsets. but i gotta say one thing about these is the haptic feedback it is just next level, while watching a moview or anime it is just something else like i cant even compare it to other headsets and ive had both the astro a50s and the steelseries pro headsets and man they arent even close like this headset(with thx spatial audio turned on ) are just soo loud i actually have to use them on lower settings or its gonna blow my ears out due to sound as well as the haptic feedback on low settings. - now the rgb and haptic feedback and thx spatial audio can be ajusted in the razer software and you can cuztomize it to your liking and cool effects. -the mic is really good and can have it ajusted to not pick up any backkground noise which is really awesome to use while gaming because it doesnt annoy other people online. for example...... ive had music playing loud on my speakers (mid level loud for entire room) while playing and my friends couldnt hear it they can only hear my voice and theres been times where i actually forgot the music was playing. - CONS :/ THX SPATIAL AUDIOO has to be activated on computer you cannot activate it on the razer app since it doesnt have blueetoth and even with the usb dongle it still doesnt detect it, even while connected with its cable(type c) will recognize it. The battery with the rgb and haptic feedback its probaly around 6 hours or so but with the rgb turned off alone its 10 hours or so. thats probaly been the only issues ive had with them. now i sould advise if your looking for AN IMMERSIVE HEADSET THEN THESE ARE NEXT LEVEL. IF YOU JUST WANT GOOD OUTSTANDING HIGH QUALITY BUILD HEADSET WITH MIDRANGE PRICE ID SAY GO FOR FOR EITHER THE THE LOGITECH PRO X HEADSETH OR THE STEELSERIES NOVA 7P OR ANY NOVA FOR WHATEVER YOU USE (XBOX,PS5, PC) UNLESS YOU GOT THE BUDGET THEN GET THE HIGHER END HEADSETS LIKE A50X OR NOVA PROS OR LOGITECH PRO X 2 HYPERSPPEED WHICH THEY ALL HAVE THEM AT BEST BUY OR THEIR SITE. NOW FOR ME I LOVE THESE HEADSETS FOR WHAT I USE THEM FOR (PS5,ANIME,MOVIES,MUSIC) AND COULD NOT RECOMENT THEM ENOUGH TO FRIENDS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. -PS5 GAMERTAG MECK_1X
