The sound is great and it’s easy to use. The only problem is when you turn them on the sound spikes for a 1/2 second.

I love this headset! I know it’s a gimmick but I really enjoy the haptic feedback I use it on my PC, Xbox, and PS5. I have even used it wired and Meta Quest 3

Best headset I’ve used for sure. It fits great and right. The muffs are snug to your ears and comfortable. The sound is top level and the vibration feedback is something that can give you An edge

I got this headset for my son. He is very happy. He says sound quality is superb.

Let me start off by saying that the headphones are excellent quality and very comfortable. The only issue I had was with adjusting sound EQ and mic clarity. I currently have the Steelseries Arctis pros and while they dont have best bass, the mic and sound clarity more than make up for it. If your looking at these, also look into the blackshark v2 and steelseries Arctis nova 7.

I keep loving Kraken the sound is the best I can’t go back to other headsets

Will give me a 10 star rating if I could the sound is unique the mic works great there’s no delay. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to have a great gaming experience.

This is one of my first attempts at a wireless gaming headset as I needed something with more mobility. Unfortunately the device has required me to do more troubleshooting than any other Razer headset I've ever had. It frequently disconnects, even when it has full battery. These disconnects happen at random, sometimes during gameplay. Attempts have been made with all troubleshooting guides I've seen online but none have solved this problem. Another problem is every so often when you turn on your computer the device connects but has no sound at all. This requires several forms of trouble shooting to sometimes get the device to work properly again,

They seem well-made, I just have a hard time differentiating the sound quality with different headphones like this when gaming. Things don't always sound as clear or as natural as I feel like they should. It might be something with the software, so many different programs trying to rebalance the sound.

The battery drains in less than two hours, regardless of whether the RGB lights and bass are on. Most of the time, it won’t connect to the Razer launcher, and you’ll need to disconnect the USB cable and plug it back in, praying it will work.

Excellent sound quality and battery life. The adjustable base /haptics are amazing. It is a closed earpiece, so it gets a little stuffy after a bit. Not a huge issue, great headset.

Sound quality is good. Headphones are comfortable I haven’t tried a conversation with them but definitely worth what I paid for them. Got them on sale

Right out of the box you need to make sure you download the razer usb and then you have to do plug the earphones in and upgrade them after the usb completes its part. After both are up to date the experience is golden. No regrets. The BOOM is the POW
