Got it home, set it up. It took a bit to find the right eq and bass boost settings and get everything right. Once i got everything to liking, much better than my previous razer kraken ultimate

It's great but too many technical issues when connecting to Razer Synapse. Everytime I turn my headset on I have to deal with it not showing up in synapse and not having my settings. I hate haptic feedback and for some reason its obnoxiously hard to fix it to my settings. I should've just gone with the BlackShark v2 Pros. Really isn't worth it.

Great headphones for gaming and listening to music.

Very comfortable and at an alright price, I've had problems with others breaking and were more expensive so these are great.

They are amazing, the sound is great, lights are so aweosme too. Just know that you have to have them wired for xbox and cellphones (comes with cable) but other than that they are wireless.

This is my favorite headset to date. Sound quality is amazing, very easy to set up and haptics are sick.

My 14 year old son uses this with his Xbox. He loves it…100% satisfied. He loves how it is noise canceling.

Pretty good for a mid tier headset. Not the headset you want if you are looking to hear foot steps and every other little sound that you might want. Gets the job done and it lights up different colors. Has better interface and support on PC than console.

If your going to buy this HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN. Razer products are notoriously finnicky. It's a great product unless you just so happen to break it or lose the dongle. You will like it, bit you will love the warranty benefits should you run into issues. W warranty W protection plan, L razer.

My wife loved them. She was needing new ones and only really like razer so they were perfectfor her. She loves the surround sound for playing horizon zero dawn.

This headset was a gift to my grandson for his birthday to go with his gaming laptop and he loves them.

Not great for x-box, there is this intense echo sound when you talk on both ends

These headphone are amazing. But what do I know this is my first pair of gaming headphones. I’ve used beats, jaybirds, apple headphones and many other alternatives. Finally shelled out the cash, initially I regretted the price tag but after a night or two I was happy. The downside is the inability to charge and use. you would think that would be a common feature

Excellent quality with a good customer support. after three year I got a new one from Razer because I got minor problem with it.

Has better wireless range than i thought would have. Go from one end of my house to the next. Sins is alot better than just bass. Especially with the app to fine tune it.

Just headset is so awesome for my gaming system I love how it changes different colors and the sound is so awesome.

Mic stopped working in 16 days. BestBuy gave me a 15 day return window... Razer support was challenging to get a response from, but once I was able to they set up an RMA for me. However, I have not received that confirmation number as of yet. It's now 5/6 and I have has a $200+ headset with no functional mic since 4/28. It may be advisable to shop around for a different headset.
