    It's great when it works. Headset disconnects randomly. Microphone will randomly turn to static. Synapse works fine when it works. A bit on the heavy side.

    Product itself is good. Audio quality is excellent. Still working on keeping the wireless connectivity. Searching reddit and Razer forums, no resolution has been found. Would not recommend at this time.

    if you use Razer synapse with this product no it will not work only use plug and play please. Besides that the headset works amazing

    Bought this headset thinking it was going to be like my other gaming headset but the razer kraken v3 pros are amazing! I love the hypersense feature, it gives an extra sense of awareness and allows you to fully submerge in the game. Absolutely satisfied with buying these and would recommend then to anyone looking for a good quality headset.

    It's cool and all but when paying nearly 200 dollars everything should be good. I bought this not knowing some of its features like audio vibration that was cool at first but I'm the end just ended up masking other sounds in game and putting you at a disadvantage, sure you can turn it off and it's sounds great but you won't to anyone else. The microphone quality is embarrassingly bad so be prepared to return like I did or buy a separate USB mic adding to the 200 dollars you already paid for.
