Everything was great. Comfortable and great sound. That's all I asked for with a headset. But about 9 months later the left ear started crackling and a few days later it went completely dead no sound. I never mis handled them

One of the worse headsets I've ever purchased. Randomly disconnects and refuses to connect to Razer Synapse software if it somehow disconnects so then you have to restart your computer to connect. Even after updating the software for the headset still randomly disconnects. Don't buy this terrible headset.

Do not buy use them on pc they are trash when you turn them on they never connect I have to take them out pc then put it back in for it to connect range is terrible I have a 1 floor house I make it to the kitchen headset cuts out these are garbage

Dissapoiting product. Haptic motors died in 3 days. Buggy software keeps disconnecting headset. It's a bit of a pain to get connected again. Volume is inconsistent. Can be used while charging but causes electrical whine in the left ear cup. Will be returning this and getting something else. This feels more like a prototype than an actual finished product with $200

I am very happy with this product. I had no issues with it.

Did not work well at all. Had trouble connecting, redid drivers, and razer software, still didn't work. Haptic feedback only worked half the time. Battery life fully charged would only last about 2 hours. Kind of a let down for almost 200 dollars.

Never had an issue with these. Razer makes great products that work.

The Kraken V3 Pro headset is pretty dope. There is a lot to like and only a few minor annoyances to deal with...at least from my perspective. I'm using this in wireless mode on a gaming desktop. First, it's simple to use. It comes with a USB dongle that connects the headset to your computer audio. It recognizes it and works even if you don't have the Razer software. However, if you want to control all the fun features, you'll need the software. I don't have a ton to say about the software setup. I have a Razer mouse as well. This headset uses the same software as my mouse. So, as soon as I plugged it in, the software that I already had installed for my mouse, recognized the headset and gave me access to the features. I think its' pretty cool that it automatically adds it to the installed software and doesn't make you go through a separate installer. I will say that it sometimes takes it a minute to recognize the headset once I turn it on. It would be great if it would show up in the software a little more quickly. It's easy to control the lights and sound options. It has different presets like game, movie, etc., that are optimized for certain types of audio. It really does sound great on the presets. There is one thing that I noticed. If you are playing a game, but have a video running in the background, the audio will be optimized for the game, and therefore, the video sound isn't great. I don't expect it to be able to run two different profiles at the same time, it was just noticeable. If you only do one thing at a time it sounds really good. The haptic feedback is really fun to play with. You can set the level to your liking. It really does provide an immersive experience. That said, I found that I can't really use it when I'm trying to play more competitive first person shooters. When you get into a close fight with lots going on, it become overwhelming and disorienting. Maybe others could get used to it, but I find it's most fun in story mode rather than during PVP battle royal type stuff. It's a full ear coverage headset. It seals in the sound really well. It has an active mic, so you can hear what's going on around you and your own voice. I like that the mic detaches for those times I'm just jamming to some tunes. It's large and heavy, but not uncomfortable. Battery time seems good. I didn't do a run down test, but it's never run out me. I just charge it when not in use and it's good to go. The range is great. With my other headset, which is BT rather than USB Dongle, I have to stay fairly close to my computer. With the Razer, I can roam around the house pretty much anywhere I want to go without losing signal. I really do enjoy this headset. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because it's a little bulky and it takes a minute to show up in the software sometimes. Otherwise, it's pretty sweet.

Its a great headset but my headset started glitching snd turning off when i first got it in the most random times im not sure if i got a faulty headset or not
