This things can't seem to stay awake when not hearing any Audio for more than 10seconds, then wont work until you power them off then on. Very annoying even uninstalled all audio drivers and reinstalled them and no help.

Honestly previous generation was way better, This one makes me sick of constantly discharging battery and random behavior on turn on/off

I like these headphones. They are great for gaming. Here's where they really stand out: The sound is immersive. It does a great job of blocking out background sounds and makes me feel like I'm inside of where the sound is happening. The directionality works -- I can hear things in the game sneaking up behind me. The boom mic gives really good sound, and there's a real positive feel that when you unplug the mic there's no question you're on "mute." It's really nice to be sure that they can't hear you sometimes. The sound quality is really nice. I can kick back and just listen to music on it. The headset is really comfy, no problems there at all. The RGB lighting is also fun. I can't see it when I'm wearing the headset, but it feels cool that my gear can light up in sync. With all that -- the thing that really sets it apart for me is the haptic feedback. The ear cups vibrate. It might seem cheesy but I really enjoy it. Again -- it adds to the game immersion when you can feel the sounds, feel explosions and stuff. Added bonus -- it's been a long time since I've had audio equipment that let me actually feel the bass thump of hard-driving music. Feeling that thump thump makes the music feel way more complete to me. Here's what I wish they could have done differently. I game on a laptop. Why not bluetooth??? I hate it that I have to worry about losing that dongle and giving up a USB jack. Not only that, but the dongle is pretty big. It sticks out about half the length of a stick of gum. I think that's just hanging itself out there to be broken. There's no way I would put my laptop in the bag with that thing plugged in. Couldn't they squeeze it into a smaller package, like the mouse controllers? And there's no place to store it, but then again, the headsets don't fold either so they're not awesome for packing up. And again, there's no storage for the boom mic either. Maybe give us little pockets in the headband? Wireless charging would also be nice. Overall, these are awesome, but with those weaknesses I mentioned, I don't know why they bothered to make it wireless. This is way better for desk use.

Not the best the sounds is kinda quite and they hurt my ear

Since buying these headphones I've only had issues with them. They constantly drop signal, randomly shut off, have an annoying beeping sound that won't stop even when fully charged. Now they won't turn on. I've owned them for less than a year, almost exclusively using Razer brand products ranging from the keyboard I'm typing on to my mouse. I'm so disgusted with the quality and experience I almost never want to purchase a Razer brand item again.

I accidentally pushed it off my desk and just about cracked the whole left side of the headphones. My desk is 38in high and I have long furry rug underneath. They worked amazing don’t get me wrong but after the crack the headphones became unusable.

Sounds great, you can heard the footsteps while you playing. I recommend it A++

Using this headset was pleasant for aviut a few hours but then it started having problems with audio such as changing volumes and the software disconnecting.

Less than 6 months old and already defective. I will be looking into the manufacturer warranty to see about replacing but my son barely got to use it before it quite working.

These headphones look and sound cool on paper but when tested they don't work well. Static issues and haptic feedback breaks after few minutes of use. Razer products are a meme. Try SteelSeries.

Let's be honest... It's Razer... Overprice Crap. I'm returning the headphones and going with steel series tomorrow.

Stopped working after less than 60 days. These are like most other Razer products - overpriced and void of any quality whatsoever. Now I have an uncomfortable chair that has already had to repaired as it was broke upon opening - they sent parts to the wrong chair. I didn't even have the patience to deal with it anymore. These headset are also absolutely garbage. The sound is not great, they are extremely uncomfortable and, well, they stopped working after about 45 days. This company is awful.

After hour’s of gaming your ears will hurt and be sore. But they sound good and have great bass
