    The sound is fine, razer synapse and the USB software will mess up to the point where the connection between USB/Headset will be corrupted. Even tried the aux port and it aint even working. Now i gotta find my receipt

    After using the Razer Kraken tournament edition for 6 years I was hoping this headset would be just that but wireless, however the audio quality is slightly worse and I have yet to hear a mic with worse quality than this.
