Works great. Has its own surround sound app thing (not needed but it's there if wanted). Comes with holographic stickers that are pretty neat. Fancy heckin box. Worth it

Out of the box, they'll hook up to just about any console or P.c that takes an audio input. Over-ear design heats your head up a bit but if that matters, it's best to stick to some earbuds.

No complaints at all, was kept in the loop with tracking and arrived when advertised. Cant ask for anymore and will not hesitate to have anything shipped from best buy in the future

Gave this to my loved one and they loved it very much! Haven't noticed any issues yet but still good for the price. The only con is the microphone, it does its job good but not the best sounding.

I like these because of the design and all but not to mention I accidentally dropped them and my mic broke . So I had to hot glue them :3 over all great quality and noise canceling:)

For the price, I think HyperX has better offerings… but those don’t come in Pink sooo :P on the upside, my wife is happy with them. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the color xD

I purchased this headset in May 2020 and it broke in Dec 2020. The headband is made of plastic and it slowly started to crack and eventually broke. My headset is under warranty, but they said that it wasn't covered because it was my fault it broke. I guess my head is too big. I was happy with the headset while it worked, but don't expect much from the warranty. As it stands, the durability of these headphones is low, especially compared to my Bose QC35's that I've had for several years and shows no signs of fatigue the way this headset did.

Bought 2 pairs of these for my girls. They love them because they can use them on their xbox's, tablets, and Iphones. Good product!!!

I like the aesthetics and build quality, but I could not handle more then a few minutes of the terrible ear cooling concept (let alone imagining the toxic chemicals that is was likely made of)... Its best described as slathering your ears in a bottle of icy hot. If that sounds terrible; it is. I was surprised that the sound quality appeared flat and less dynamic then the cheaper Hyper X cloud I was considering replacing with these. No thanks. Back to the old set.

I love the color the only small thing I dislike is the volume knob is kinda weird to use but it’s a minor detail.

Great starter headset for X box. I would not get this if you are a PC gamer. Not enough adjustable settings and the sound quality is not amazing. Still a great headset for the price.

Great quality! My daughter had 3 wireless prior to this wired one. The other the mic stopped working. She has had any problems with this one and she uses it often.

Great quality for the price. My pair has been dropped tons of times, cord was ran over by the robot vacuum a few times, still work perfect!

The aux broke pretty easily and now i have to return it.

I purchased this headset May 8th. I didn’t try them out right away, I waited a few days. The sound is amazing, the mic is trash. The mic doesn’t pick up on my voice and cuts me off mid sentence. I downloaded the software that came with it, I’ve done all the trouble shooting in order to fix the issue and from the looks of it, I’m not the only one who has this issue. I use these for pc gaming & my virtual class. I have to use my laptops microphone in order for anyone to make out what I’m saying. The flaws are not worth the money. Regardless of how well the sound is, i paid for a headset with mic capabilities, not a plain headset, I have actual JBL headphones for that. If my bf wouldn’t have thrown away the packaging without my knowledge, I would be returning them. I’m seriously so disappointed & upset because I was so exited about these headphones.

I have some issues with people hearing me from time to time, otherwise they are pretty comfortable.
