About this headset for my son and it will not work with his gaming PC, it seems like it some type of driver issue or something. Was so excited to try these ! Delivery was pretty quick. But when I got them, I didn't realize how BAD the mic was. Until finally someone online told me they could only hear me for about 2 seconds, then it cuts out. Waits maybe 10-15 sec then turns on & does it again. How lame!

Not a big fan. For the price, I’d probably gift them to a young teenage gamer that’s just starting off.

Going to make this simple. My headset was not defective, this has horrible audio quality compared to Logitech, hyperx, or Plantronics. People can barely hear me in the mic and everything is flat, not dynamic at all. Not even surround sound. But hey they're comfy.

Muffs are comfortable and sound is very clear. Love retractable mic.

Dead within 6 months of light use. Wish I would have returned them but I kept forgetting.

As another reviewer described it, "The sound quality is absolutely unequivocally Without a doubt horrible". It is terribly muddy sounding all mid-range noise and bass. Background sounds end up in the foreground along with sounds I've never heard in games and music. The build quality is impressive. It fits snug but a bit too snug. Feel smothering and compresses a bit too tight to wear for long periods of time.

These Razer headphones sound bad for the amount they cost. They are also super uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

Honestly my apple earpods sound way have more bass better than this headset. I have some 5.99 headphones I bought when I go outside to take care of my garden mown the lawn as I don’t want more expensive earphones to get destroyed so I take my 6 bucks headset and they sound just like this razer kraken headset exactly the same. In earphones sound better I can actually hear footsteps of enemies in COD.

Very uncomfortable and the sound was distorted. Ended up returning to get a pair of steel series headphones.

Cute, but is a pain to keep connected to my computer and would not stay on my adult head. Returned.

Very cheaply made. I did not experience any upgraded sound from this device.

There is no way for you to adjust the cuff size and I have a very unique head it's just not comfortable.

Bought for my sister, headphones are excellent, but microphone is borderline useless

I bought these after trying a few cheaper pairs in hopes of improving all my class Zoom meetings. The sound on this makes your feel like you're in the room with everyone, and they're really comfortable. Comfort is really important to me, and shoveling that was lacking in cheaper headsets. I have two large keloid scars on my left ear, and i wear glasses, both of which caused an issue with fit with other ones i tried. These are great though. They don't press the ear pieces into my head, they comfortably fit over the scarring on my ear, and they block out sounds in the room to the degree that people standing 5 feet away might be talking underwater. The mute button works reliably, and the volume control has a nice range. The mic picks up my voice accurately and allows me to make much clearer recordings for my Spanish class than my laptop's mic can. Overall great purchase. The pink color is freaking cute too!

I have used alot gaming headsets the worst of the worst it feels so cheap it dont even feel like a headset its lose very uncomfortable i used it for Mayne 5 minutes returned it and bought me a sony headset besg decision of my lofe stay awayyy from this headsets i wont even pay 10 bucks for this.

Poor sounds quality for the price, earcups too soft so they have no support on your head and they're bulky, and they have horrible support. The only way to improve the sound quality slightly is to download the software but I expect headphones to be plug and play as they generally are with most competitions. Waste of money do not buy
