The microphone isn’t picking up all of what I say when talking to my friends online.

Good set i just didn't realize it didn't hood to my PS4 controller so had to return it

It was ok. I purchased for a replacement and it was not what I was looking for.

Sound was too muddy/muffled no matter what I did, and no matter which version Windows I was using and which console I used them on. I was really hoping to love them, but nope. Returned and got my money back. Went back to my Turtle Beach P12 headset.

The headset quality is great, but lots of issues with the microphone. Not sure why.

Very cute but.. Horrible quality!! Sound was awful while in a party unless you have an adapter. Even with an adapter.. not great! Constantly have to play around with the cord so there’s not static. After almost 2 months they are TRASH. Don’t waste your money.

Sound quality is okay, at best. Ear pieces are huge, at least for my head I suppose. Coming from a $40 turtle beach headset, I thought this would be better. When I plugged my TB back in, the first thing my friend said was “wow you sound more clear.” I returned this headset after maybe 20 minutes of use.

The wiring connection quit working property after 3-4 months of use. I’d suggest purchasing an extended warranty with any headphone purchases. Even though the Best Buy warranty is into so so.

Sound quality is kinda bad for the price still a good started headset

Can barely hear out of the right earphone after 3 months of use. The mute toggle is also not ideal as people on Discord can hear what I’m listening to while the headset is muted. It also makes a loud clicking sound that others can hear when the mute switch is used.

Do not buy, it only has 2 drivers meaning it cant capture as much game audio as it claims too. if your looking for a good wired headset try turtle beach or SteelSeries.

When I got these headphones the microphone didn't work and there was a subtle buzzing in the background. I had no clue there was 15 day return policy so I couldn't return them either.

They look cool for the ladies. Thats about it. Had nothing but trouble with these. Constantly stopped working, hearing was horrible. Spend the extra money and get the cat ears razer headphones, you wont be disappointed

One side of the headphones went out after 2 days and for the cost they should at least lasted longer or the sales person could of been honest and just to me to get PlayStation earphones I would have bought them

This headset is garbage for pc bad mic quality and When you mute it it broadcasts whatever media you have playong on your pc. The support at razer to replace it has been nothing but difficult.

Horrible quality voice. And after 1 month of regular usage the headset will not be detected by any computer. Razer needs to get it together
