it was a good experience and everything sounds good but some of my friends say they cant hear me during loud gunfights because the mic is too short to reach my mouth and its to the side of my mouth, therefore i have to have it really close to my mouth. the issue can be solved by an external mic but i currently dont have the money for that

I purchased this Headset because other headsets didn't quite work with my pc but when I plugged in the splitter and started playing I could speak properly, and hear incredibly well with these on. The only real small issue is the ear cups are small at first, but adjusting the sizing is what i'd suggest to fix this issue.

I wouldn't pay full price for these but great value on sale.

when the headset volume is low, the right side isnt as loud, so you have to compensate by turning the device volume down so then the headset device is turned up so the sound will be even

Build quality seems nice and packaging is typical Razer. But the reality is this is a truly abysmal headset for its price range. They're noise isolating headphones aka closed. At first glance the ear cups look like an open design but they're not. They're closed headphones. So they'll give you the pressure and noise associated with being closed headphones. This is what some people want though. As for sound quality, imagine you're in the back of your mom's minivan in 2001 and you're playing a GBA video cart through the built in speakers. That's roughly what these sound like. Mids and highs are okay, if a little tinny, but lows are effectively nonexistent. I don't have a DAC, so it's possible driving these straight off of the motherboard is a contributing factor. Peak volume wasn't even enough to overcome the background white noise that comes along with using a closed headset. The mic, while functional, will make it sound like you're a 13 year old kid playing fortnite using his mom's laptop's integrated microphone. I didn't buy it with the intention to use the mic though. On paper this headset should easily beat the Razer Megalodon in sound quality, wider frequency response, 7db higher sensitivity, 20% larger drivers. But it comes no where close, at least in a normal set up.

This headset cancels a lot of noises. But it is not as pinky as it shows in the photo. IRL, it is darker, like 4 tones darker. And also, it is kind of uncomfortable for my upper head, but i think it is normal for a headset. Anyway, it is so good.

Excellent sound and this is the best gaming headset on the market, with such a good microphone and excellent sound quality that really immerses you into your game. 10/10 great quality from an excellent well know brand. :)

Have been generally unhappy with these headphones - audio quality is generally fine, but the mic really has to be up in your face for it to pick up properly, and tends to rotate away from my face and need readjustment as I pull it in and out of its little cubby. The build quality doesn't seem great even for an $80 headset. I'm also having an issue where whenever the volume adjustment on the cord moves, it cuts out audio from the right or left can. I bought these around mid summer and they're already crapping out on me - pretty unacceptable. I'll be smarter and buy Logitech when this pair inevitably dies.

Audio quality is clear but the mic has a hard time picking up some sound. Even with noise suppression off, I have to speak kinda loud

Although I barely have a few hours with them. The headsets are amazing and it's quality on the sound is good. Would recommend to a friend. Best believe it's better than my old headsets :)

Bought this headset today It has clear sound and quality. I can say that this is the best headset I have ever bought. It doesn't feel cheap or sound cheap

these were ok the mic started to die after about a year so not bad.

I genuinely adore these headphones! I saw these a while ago and it was love, at first sight, I currently using them and they will be used mostly on my Nintendo switch lite for the most part. I do wish that you didn't have to download surround sound but it's not really an issue I like the extension cord and the overall quality is immaculate!
