My son loves this headset. He had one previously and needed a new one when our dog ate it. Apparently the dog likes it too. He said he needed to get the exact same brand to replace it. It works great! He uses it for the PS5.

There are a lot of good features to this headset, including the auto head adjustment. One big problem I’ve noticed, and I’m not saying this could happen to everyone, is that the headset will repeatedly disconnect and reconnect. I’m not talking once or twice, more so 10+ times in a row before it secures a connection. This has happened even right next to the Xbox. Not only that but sometimes the audio just cuts out for long periods of time or just blasts static. When it isn’t doing either of those things then it’s a great headset. The vibration can get a bit distracting but it isn’t something you won’t adapt too quickly. The battery life is decent but nothing to flaunt about. It can sometimes be extremely difficult for someone to hear you, I’m really not sure what is up with the mic not picking up voices. Overall, I would stick with Turtlebeach, Razer is more for PC but did an OK job in making a headset for Xbox One.

These are comfortable and cooling but they are a bit flimsy.

My fiancee loves them. I'm not a huge fan of Razer products as I've had quite a few headsets and mice in the past all of which have died in a year. She loves the quarts color though so giving them a chance. I'd recommend filling out the warranty card included in package through Razer though.

Can wear for long period of time without my ears hurting.

Good headset and was on sale so it was a no brainer

Until Razer comes out with a new pink headset that surpasses this one, I will only be buying this. I bought my first pair 3 years ago and only recently had to replace due to a small short in the cord (it’s not horrible just bothered me)
