But I never had an issue with the actual headset. The only thing that ever broke on me was the aux piece, but then again I’ve had that issue with most headsets I buy, it’s not just this one. It’s fantastic for the price. Has really good bass and eliminates enough outside sound to immerse yourself in what your doing. I used this headset on my Xbox and on my PC. I’ve also used it on my phone too for music. I 100% recommend getting the 2 year warranty as well. 2 years is a long time.
