The headset itself is great. But if you start to use the middle volume piece a lot ,then the headset might get a little buggy and one side will play loader than the other. That is also why I recommend getting the warranty if you are buying this. I have dropped the headset a lot too, so that might be the reason for the unfortunate changes in my headset.

Pretty good sound quality I like that there’s an individual dial to control how much of a volume is being let it. They did stretch out a little cause they slip off my ears a lot but that could be because of my glasses. It does get a little hot when I wear them for more than 2 hours. I do love the omnidirectional mic and that it can be tucked away. My friends say my mic quality is crisp and clear they can even hear me when I whisper

I owned a pair of these before but they died after 3 years, so it was time for a new headset. The only headphones in this price point aren't really that great except for these. Plug and play with a long cord that reaches from my pc to my bed so im stoked about that. Sound is good and and crisp, Mic is good, picks up sound and sounds decent, but if you want to use this headset for streaming i recommend getting a better mic like a yeti.

I have owned so many pairs of headphones, all of which have ranged from $50-$400 USD. I can confidently tell you this is the best headset I have ever used. If I had to compare this model to the $300 Sony headphones I owned before, the Razer Krakens beat it in every single category. Aside from the fact that this headset isn't wireless, its flawless in every single way.

The headset is a bit heavier than I expected. It does get a bit tiring after a 90 minute teleconference. To my ears, the audio is very good either with music or a teleconference. I have been told that when I join a teleconference, there is always a soft hiss that is associated with my headset. That is strange, it does not happen with the cheap headset that came with my phone.
