they’re cute and they do the job! i play cod and fortnite so i depend on my hearing a lot. they’re not as snug on the ears as much as i like but they cover them decent enough. not worth the price but i really wanted a pink headset!!!

Surround sound is OK, but headest doesnt work with Windows 11 at all. The program, you notice a difference using, but not a significant difference. I play a lot of Apex Legends, and this headset doesn't portray the sound as well as I feel it should. Its extremely quiet at max volume in game, on my pc, and on the headset. Its extremely muffled sounding when you do hear shots/enemies. Hadn't had the time to get around to it, and now my return period has expired. We'll see if they ever make an update to windows 11 I guess.

Not worth the hype, the cord tangles very easily then starts breaking the fabric cover over it. The sound is alright but it would be better if it was wireless.

Decent headset the only issue I’ve found is getting the mic to work. Had to order a different microphone for gaming since I couldn’t the built in one to work.

I actually returned this item shortly after purchasing it. After reading and watching multiple positive reviews online, I decided to try these out and was utterly disappointed by the sound quality. Friends couldn't hear the mic unless it was right in front of my mouth. I wouldn't spend the money on this headset except for maybe because it looks really cool. At the same time...by brother bought the same headset online from Amazon and found that it works really well and I can hear him on his mic just fine...

I bought this in July 28 after another headset physically broke after a few years, thinking it was a really great upgrade and now it is barely going to October 28 (3 months exact). My mic has stopped working over the last two days it just slowly died out and no one could hear me over discord. The problem wasn't the drivers or any software issue because I plugged it into a different device and the mic still wasn't registering any sound at all. My return window is closed with Best Buy but Razer does have a warranty; I'll have to see if they will resolve this issue for me. Hopefully they can.

These have stretched out over the years so the cups don’t fit nicely over my ears. The cushions were always too big! They worked well for awhile but not a favorite

Head set had cool features. Pros the cooling ear pads were legit. Cons... headset was rather small and tight on the head. Ended up returning it and went with another pair of Astros.

Had this for almost aa year now and works great for the price. Only complaint is sometimes if the adapter from aux to aux/mic plug gets loose and the sound quality and mic quality drops

I used for a few days and it’s not bad but not that good. The price is great but if you want high quality and loud bass this is not for you. I have beats and would rather game with that.

I use this for both gaming and casual music listening. They sound muddier than my Logitech that was half the price. The sort of games that I play, (ex. Dead by Daylight as Killer) rely heavily on my ability to pick out footsteps (which tend to be on the treble end) from other environmental noise in-game. This headset, without the equalizer, does not make these differences crisp. The equalizer needed to *sort of* fix it is not free. You must pay an extra $10 for the THX Spatial Audio which has the equalizer. The price of $10 is only after using their 50% off code - which is inserted in the box. It's almost as if they knew you'd need it :/ ...And because THX Spatial Audio functions as a "different sound source" in Windows 10 from Realtek, or 7.1 Surround, it's all wacky. I have to choose between living in oatmeal or having everyone in my Discord calls hear my desktop audio. Razer's website doesn't seem keen on patching it, either - their heavily sensored forums are full of similar complaints.
