Cheap product, horrible support.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you buy this headset, don't be like me and make sure you get the Geek-Squad replacement plan, because if you're a heavy pc gamer, this headset is most likely going to break and Razer support WILL NOT cover a replacement as it is considered 'user damage' even though you've not even had it a month. The thing is, the headset is like, 95% plastic, yes including the head band and all the important bits that need to stand up to a lot of tugging, bending and stretching after being taken on and off repeatedly. And because all of these important bits are plastic, the build quality suffers and eventually will result in some sort of damage, namely around the top of the ear cups where the most bending and stretching happens. It just might snap in half!

Unable to get microphone to work for online gaming

We were unable to get the microphone to work when trying to communicate with his friends while online. When I went back to Best Buy the service staff were very helpful and they told me that this headset did not come with USB connection adapter, which could affect the ability to use both the microphone and headphones to listen at the same time. We tried another headset that did have the USB connection adapter and it worked. So I exchanged this headset for the other one.
