No PS4 Support

I went online to their support page and found little to no help on the issue. I then turned to YouTube and found that this is a known issue with this model. I tried the "workaround" options others found but this still did not resolve my issue. Also, I did not just spend good money on this headset only to have to perform a workaround every time I start a new session or game.

It's does the job

Mostly muffles noise so i can work at home around the cries of young children. A lot of people i speak with say they cannot hear me well. Maybe something could be improved.

Razer kraken

I enjoyed the quality and the design, but i have problems with the microphone. The people that i talk to can hear themselves when they talk... i think the sound bounces from my end. Nonetheless, it's a good product!
