Leather isn’t the best

Only downside the leather tears super easily. Ive only been using it for a couple weeks and I don’t even use it often. The leather on the muffs have started to tear off

No PS4 Support

I went online to their support page and found little to no help on the issue. I then turned to YouTube and found that this is a known issue with this model. I tried the "workaround" options others found but this still did not resolve my issue. Also, I did not just spend good money on this headset only to have to perform a workaround every time I start a new session or game.
