Quick and polite at checkout. Some damage to the outer cardboard box of the laptop but no internal damage to the actual merchandise. I had to use best buy support to find the free xbox game pass that came with the purchase, and that all went smoothly as well.

Good for anyone with needs a practical headset

I bought it due to the COVID-19 out break and needed to attend many video calls. As for games, no one has said anything about echos or breaks the only downside is that if you whisper or speak softly it might not pick it or be faint unless you have directly under your mouth. Overall a good headset.
