Needed a headset because I teach online in a household with students who are also online. We all need headphones so we can attend our own meetings.

while the sound is good the mic shall we say is not..it breaks up cuts out..not to mention when you try to download the software to enhance the headset it makes them stop working the right way..example before downloading the software they worked ok after software the mic wouldnt work both my computers wouldnt see the headset even after restarting i had to delete the software to get headset seen by computer..but when they work right sound is great mic is just ok

I got it for my PC didn't work very well on my PC but worked great on my xbox

So far, I like the headphones. Really comfortable with adjustable volume and mute button built into the headset with a microphone. 7.1 surround sound is really good and easy to setup and use. 10/10!

I really enjoyed using them but had a problem with it. Such as not letting me speak through my mic on my pc.

Quality sound, however the software that comes with it for the 7.1 surround would not work properly.

It does the job but for its price it’s way too high for the production it’ll give you. Sounds normal, functions normally, nothing special at all.

It's not that comfy on the ears. My old hyperx was better. the overall sound it good. the mic is dog

Normally you can't find something as great of a value from Razer. I bought as a gift for my brother to use on xbox, he likes it, so far no complaints.

Decent headset. Wish it was louder. Overall average. Better than other headsets for sure.

Took some time for me to realize that it had volume control on one side.m, which is 100% a testament to how I should read the instructions. Works great for XBox, PC Gaming, and chatting with friends on Discord!

My son loves these headphone. I tried buying cheaper ones, but they just don't hold up. I did buy the warranty for these and had to replace due to the head strap stretching but still a really good buy.

Bought a pair of these for my kids, They seem to be working fine. Make sure to buy extended warranty, it is worth it.

Purchased Krakens in the past that broke pretty quickly, saw these upgraded ones for $40 figured I'd give them a try since I'm big into Razer. Definitely have been well worth the money thus far!

Good headset but I bought it for my sons gaming PC and couldn’t get it to work. Idk if it was me not setting it up right or just a bad product but ended up returning it and getting a different headset.

Bought this as a replacement for Turtle Beach Stealth 700X that stopped working right after warranty expired. So far so good.

Good quality. I bought them for my adult daughter and they hurt her ears. So we returned them.

My grandson has had numerous headsets. It seems we were returning them constantly - they were under warranty. This time we decided to change brands. Mt grandson said this is the best headset and he loves it!

This headset is forsure good for console gaming. My only complaint is that it fits too tight around the ears but I guess that varies from person to person
