Razer - Kraken headset stopped working after eight months. The manufacturer made it very difficult to troubleshoot the defect. I ended up having to purchase another brand of headset.

Good set of headphones had to buy because my old ones no longer worked

Nice headphones. Got these for my son and they have survived. The microphone is bendable and positionable. Reasonably priced.

We have 3 sets of these and the kids really like them. They hold up well, more so than other brands we have used. Price is fair.

Friend likes the gift. Makes funny noise sometimes but he gets a charge out of it. As if the mic is haunted

Reasonably price headset. Ear cushion does fall out sometimes, but it works great

I am pretty tech savvy and have not been able to get the mic to work on any system I've plugged it into: pc, ps4, xbox and switch. The sound is good otherwise. It did look like the box had been tampered with upon arrival but I did not order an open box item.

Bought this for my 13 year old gamer. He likes it, but prefers Turtle Beach

bought as a gift, no complaints so far - other than lack of USB connector

I purchased a protection plan with these headphones. The headphones broke and i returned them to a Best Buy in a neighboring city. My dissatisfaction is not with the headphones but with Best Buy chat representatives I dealt with when I tried to purchase a new replacement plan for the replacement headphones. I chatted with 3 different representatives. The first passed me along to the Geek Squad. The second, a Geek Squad rep disconnected me (must have been close to her smoke break). The 3rd told me that they would be able to help me at 866-242-4568. The person who finally answered the phone told me I would have to go to the store to do this. I spent an hour chatting and waiting to be told that I had to go into the store, not really an option for me. I guess that is what you get when you buy something from someone other than Amazon.

Saw a great sale price on these and got em. They’ve been nothing short of awesome!

Sometimes get mic issues but overall the best you’ll find for this price

Not great. Decent audio but the build quality on this headset is bad and it broke very easily. I would recommend spending a little more cash to get something like the hyper cloud 2. It's more expensive but will last you much longer
