This headset is very nice, it's nice & soft. When you play music the bass it good. The mute button and the volume adjust me is good. You can hear everything with these head phones on while your gaming & everything.

I ordered Kraken X7.1 set in November buy the delivery was delayed by the shipping carrier. I was not in hurry so I waited until I received delivered email. Unfortunately the package did a no show somehow. I called Bestbuy and the customer service re-placed my order immediately. Couple of days later I received my package. The headset works good except the volume seems lower than my other set. It insulates environment sound quite well but leaves a little muffled environmental sound. It is useful for our multimedia applications.

Only used these for COD for about 3 hours, but so far so good. They came with a code for 7.1 surround that I haven’t figured out how to activate, but I bought the Dolby Access for $15, so it doesn’t really matter. Overall comfort is good, though I don’t typically play for extended periods longer than maybe 4 or 5 hours. Design feels sturdy, but I bought the geek squad for $5, just in case. I bought these as an upgrade to my single eared POG as interim equipment until I get the TB Stealth 700’s, but honestly don’t see the need to upgrade yet. Definitely would recommend this product.

This headset is amazing, the quality, the comfortable design and its works for everyone console, pc etc also the mic is amazing as well my friends can hear me perfectly when we play together. I definitely recommend this headset

This headset is good it’s comfortable for your ears the sound is good just doesn’t have to much bass but its 40 bucks sooo. Also the mic is also really good Its clear u cant really hear background noises. But it if your looking for a cheaper headset!

I was worried that with how cheap they were, that they were going to break easily. So far, they've held up with how ruff I treat them. Great surround sound. Definitely would recommend if you're not trying to break the bank for good quality sound.

This item was purchased for my daughter which she enjoys using while playing on her Xbox. Sound quality is great while providing noise canceling to the surrounding sounds. Constructed very well so withstand a teenagers rough abuse.

These headphones are the first gaming headset that i have bought. They’re extremely comfortable, have great sound, and there’s a bonus that it comes with which is an extra cable to convert it into individual microphone & headphone ports for PCs

I was wanting a headset that was simple and easy. These are exactly what I was looking for. They have one overall volume control, and a simple click button mute for the mic. They are lightweight, and didn’t hurt after several hours of gaming.

Good overall fit and comfortable for the kids with online learning. so far haven't had any problems with them. Only complaint is they hurt when wearing glasses.

Easy to set up and audio surround sound has a noise canceling feature that is really good for gaming. For the price these headphones are ideal and I couldn’t say a more expensive model will do anything that these headphones could not besides being wireless.

I have spent twice as much on headsets but they always were pretty uncomfortable. I can wear this one for hours! The sound is great and makes you become very immersed in whatever world you are gaming in. Music sounds terrific too.

I bought these headphones for gaming, they work well beyond my expectation and the microphone works very well, its clear and easy to understand. I play valorant on my computer, where its very important to know where the sounds are coming from, the 360 sound feature works well and im able to tell which part of the map the player is at when they make a sound. I would very much so recommened this product! Great Buy!

I have an external amp that came with a different set of gaming headphones that plus Dolby atmos and I don't need more than 40% volume before these are way to loud. Without any extra driver they sound decent but running a "booster" and they sound better than my 200.00 other headphones. Fit great and very comfortable. Noise cancelling is maybe the best I have experienced. Over 25 years of gaming for me. These are worth every penny. Put a driver to them like Atmos, Razer surround, Windows Sonic ECT and you will feel guilty for getting them so cheap. I debated on taking them back strictly to spend more money on a step up from this version because of how impressed I was. Satisfied customer 100%

I have purchased three of these exact headphones. I absolutely love them. I know the cord can sometimes get in the way, but Bluetooth headphones drive me crazy with all their issues.

I bought these headphones with a mic to be able to teach online and they are perfect. They fit on my ears nice, they have good sound, and I like that you can turn the mic on and off and that the mic is moveable.
