Worse headset I've ever purchased for that price range! The sound was pretty great, but the headphones were not well made and started forming ridges and eventually split on each side!! I used tape, to fix it when the right side flipped, then a week later the left side flipped! Corsair, Steel series, and logitech were better!

I was looking for a good gaming headset and I found the Razers Kraken's and pretty good, but I ended upgrading to the next level.

The audio could be louder and i also have trouble connecting the audio to some games when its synced in perfectly with YouTube

Loud, good quality for the price, sound quality is lacking. Sound is inferior to other headsets in this price range.

I payed for a brand new one but instead got a used one in the mail and I couldn’t go to the store for a month because I was too busy so in my free time I had to sanitize it because when it arrived the box was fine but opening and holding the headphones...ugh.. all dirty and oily on the inside. Not very great especially as a person who has ocd. It works at least and I’m pretty satisfied with it anyways, thank you.

Maybe it was user error but the mic was not picking up my voice and friends could not hear me clearly.

okay headphones for the price definitely would rather spend a little more and get something better.

They sound great but they ending up breaking after months :(

Its ok has volume buttons and mute push button. Its small and and tight on my head. Going to get a different one.

The sound is okay. 7.1 surround isnt really recommended for gaming but the bass is quite apparent if youre into that.

Decent headphone but only lasted about a year and then the mic wire started having issues.

Again this was another one I tried before finding one that did what I needed. Again not a fault of the product

Since I bought this, it has broken in three places simply by putting them on/off. The frame is cheap plastic. The sound quality is good, but it took a lot of research to get the microphone working for gaming. I will probably never buy another Razer product.

Mute button and volume are behind the left ear. I'm not the most coordinated, so I have to take it off to adjust.

Everything was great but I didn’t get my surroundsound access because somebody already claimed the code in the box

So it was amazing at first. Great sound, people could hear me clearly. It blocked out most background noises. Four months in, the headphones snapped. I’m still using them but I had to tape them so I could. The right side of the headphone is losing quality of sound. I have to adjust it so I can hear properly.

Microphone dead after just 3 months of light use. Razer support took a week to respond to my warranty request, and it’ll take another month before a new product arrives. I went with this expecting good things from this well known brand, but wish I had just bought some knockoffs instead,

Bought these last July and they worked great until this week when the microphone starting feeding back constantly. This had never happened before but now occurs on different devices and platforms, suggesting it is a hardware problem. Disappointed the headphones did not even last 6 months.

Its good for start up. Plastic construction makes it flimsy. Overall sound quality and mic is just ok.
