Hollow sounding

Took me two trips to the store to return them. First trip, curbside car interaction only, I was told that they already closed the register even though the store was still open for another hour. Second trip, drove through curbside line but then told to get out of my car to get in return line.

Perhaps it was just a bad one but it sucked to experience this as my first time, had to return it cause it was just too much of a hassle :/
