Ok product nothing high end, but its ok for the price.

After 31 days, also 1 day after best buy doesn't allow returns, the mic stopped working. I could hear, but the mic wouldn't work for anything. Razer customer support didn't help at all and Best Buy couldn't do anything.

I had a Kraken V2 which served as my standard for gaming, and was looking for an upgrade. This didn’t quite match the same quality or improved, but at its price point I would’ve bought this item initially.

Bang for the buck but the clamping is kinda tight.

The microphone is not the best but headphones are awesome.

I bought 2 of these. One already doesn't work. And when it did it didn't sound that great. It got the job done but I think you're better off putting it the extra bucks for a good.

The item was great, but the overnight shipping got delayed for 4 weeks without and info on where itd be or how long it might take, it got to the point where i had just called a store and decided to just pick up the item instead.

This headset broke within a week purchasing it. First you werent able to hear from right side and ultimately from left. I only gave it a one because of how comfortable the actual headset was

these earphones broke after only having them for less than a month, just from my daughter adjusting them. The sound was good and the mic was good but I would say its not worth buying.

As others have said, the material on the headband is weak and has already cracked and snapped on my headset after about 9 months. Warranty was also denied for this.

Even maxing out volume in windows and turning the volume up all the way, its never above a moderate volume. The sound is a bit tinny. Exactly what I would expect for something 2/5ths the price from an off-branch headset.

I have bought razers in in the past and have really decent sound but the hardware and everything else external are cheap and if it breaks your done for, not to durable but spendy that's forsure

The sound quality could be better, the noise cancelation is not the best, as I can have conversations with others while wearing the headset. Prolonged use can cause a light headache from the weight. Otherwise a good headset.

I have a razor blade laptop. It took two hours just to get these to work and when they did... They sounded horrible. I just repared my old wireless skullcandy (which these were supposed to o replace)

Sound is alright. My complaint is about the quality of the bridge of this headset. I have used it for 3 months and one of the ear pads is almost detached from the bridge. Now it's unusable.

Sound is OK...mic it terrible. Cuts in and out....everyone says I sound like I'm drowning...do not recommend. returned it for something else

Unboxed and mic did not function. Quiet, staticky, intermittently connected like it had a wire that sometimes made contact. I returned this but this speaks poorly to its long term durability.

i got these on black friday and they were pretty good until the mic stopped working. which apparently is a known issue by razer. anyways i traded them in for some logitech headphones

Good for console gaming. The surround sound feature on pc bugs frequently and you will have to constantly mess with your sound settings and is not worth it for pc.

They are ok for 50 but I the cable tangles easy bought them for my son and kids like to spin in their chairs to mush for rubber cable which twisted the wires apart in 2 weeks
