Punches this headset and it broke after less than a month. It did have great sound but horrible quality. Would not recommend.

I bought this for my acer nitro 5 and it sounds really bad and the 3D sound software doesn’t even open and the mic is really bad too I returned it the first day I got it

My apple lap top has more volume vs this item, and the mic c as ugh more noises and statics. Unfurtaly can't returnef

After owning this headset for a year, the mic gave out and stopped working. The audio is honestly subpar. Earbuds would've done a better job.

Terrible durability. Subpar sound for cost. Would never buy a set of Razr headphones again. If I did I would 100% recommend the warranty protection

I bought this as a gift for Christmas and 3 months later the mic stopped working

These headphones don't work well unless you have a good input source to use with them. Returned these and bought a Turtle Beach headset instead.

Cheap, its okay but the mic Cheap, need to be very close to your mouth in order to work I did like it, return it the next day.

Only 5 months old and the mic quit working. Disappointed since it came highly recommended by employee.

I bought this product knowing it was a cheaper quality headset but did not know that it would have such a short life span (4 months). I took good care of this headset, I handled it well and it was never thrown at all. The weaker part of the headset wear you are able to adjust it just broke out of no where. I just picked up the headset and wondered why it was so loose only to find out it was broken. So yeah, I do not recommend this headset at all.

Had two head sets in a row, due to warranty. Both snapped at the same spot (head peice on top). First lasted 3 months second lasted 1.5 months.

This is my fourth time giving a chance to the Razer accessories but always is the same. Poor quality, bad customer service. This was my last chance.

Poor quality. First one i purchased was defective. Just put an extra 40 down and get a better pair.

Mic did not work. Tried lots of things and systems and phones and other devices. Nothing worked. Seemed all-around flimsy like every other Razor product I have had in the past. Audio was okay. Nothing to write home about. Original HyperX Core headphones (no longer sold anywhere) beat it hands down. Purchased because my daughter wanted white or pink headphones for gaming. Would not purchase again. Took it back immediately, didn’t look back.

Sounds ok, but like multiple kraken headsets I have owned the ear cushions fall off easily and once that happens it'll happen again.

The headphones are ok. You'll get about six months out of them because they go up on you. Not good enough quality for me to buy again

I expected a bit more quality for the amount I paid. Sound is not equally distributed. Sound is mostly on the right side of the headset.

Sound was acceptable, minimal bass. Mic was not working that well i was messing with the settings a lot and couldn't figure it out.

poor quality. After 3 months of use, the cushion on top of the headphose is coming off.

First one lasted almost a year. Replacement (new one) only lasted a few months. For sure buy the warranty for replacement!
