Broke after 6 months, support didn't help

I emailed support and they didn't help at all. Said "physical damage" wasn't covered by warranty. What company doesn't cover physical damage? It's not like I abused the thing. My usage was completely normal. DO NOT BUY RAZER HEADSETS AND EXPECT SUPPORT TO HELP SHOULD SOMETHING GO WRONG

Headset mike broke 2 weeks after use. Unbelievable

Mic captures all the small noises and all the buzzing sounds, not ideal for gaming. I hope it's because I received a faulty item and I hope BB can replace it
