The headband for the Kraken X Razer is very weak and snapped in half after a couple weeks of use

Headset sound is great Poor quality. Item already broken.

6 months use it’s not working anymore! My son only use this for online school needs

When I first used them, the sound was only coming from the right side. While using them the sound would cut off for minutes at a time, the only I had for that was to plug it in and out. Even then it hardly worked As for the mic, it was also very poor quality and difficult for others to hear, they described it as if ur whispering

Puchased in Sept 2020, fell off my desk in May 2021. Headband snapped and tore the wire to the right ear. Called Razer support and accused me of deliberately breaking the headset to get a new one. Cheap piece of plastic snapped when it slipped off a computer desk. Do not recommend. Company doesnt honor their product.

Cheap feel, You can hear the squeaky noise when you wearing it.

Sound quality is not good and it broke within 3 months very cheap quality

I use it to play on my ps4 although it does have good game audio but it makes sounds when i talking to my friends, the only way i can describe it as is a buzzing noise. Id return it if i did throw my receipt and box in the trash, DONT BUY THERE ARE WAY BETTER MICS FOR THE SAME PRICE.

The price says everything abt these headphones quickly had a short in headphones and I had to return them. All the past Kraken headphones were 100-200 so it makes sense the cheaper pair would be terrible. I love razer and would reccomend the Black Shark V2, I have a review on those and would say they are some of the best headphones Ive ever owned

Horrible mic, but good audio. Overall, not worth it

Razer makes some great products (keyboards, mouse, hand-pads), but headsets are NOT among them. Have tried Razer headsets 3 times through the years - every time it broke within a month or so. The mic quit working on this particular one after a month. Exchanged it for same type item, only to have it happen again. Got my money back.

Did not work with my work like said I had list of what I needed tech said it would work

They broke a month after using them...and it gets used on just the weekends only for gaming

Good headset but mic is absolutely trash this is on pc using discord.

Ended up buying some Corsair headphones Purchased in July and broke within 2 months. I would not recommended for a teen as they maybe a little more aggressive with them I know price is appealing but spend a little more on better quality headphones.

It was great, but it broke after light use for 4 months.

This headset and Mic set Headset hard to setup on a Mac The Mic doesn't work on a Mac Went to the store the girl said I had to buy a adapter another $19.99 plus tax to make the Mic work. Going to try to set it up this weekend. The adapter was supports to be delivered in 2 days was delivered in 7 days. Not happy with the Headset!!!
