I wish I could give these headset 0 stars. They broke within 7 days of using it. They are very poorly made and cracked right above the ear piece. I wish I had known that they were this bad before purchasing them. What a waste of money!! Fifty dollars down the drain! Don't waste your money on this garbage.

Poor, poor quality. After 80 days, the right cup adjuster broke and Razer didn't do anything about it. They kept pushing back saying that they couldn't replace them and tried to offer me a discount code. I'll never purchase a Razer product again and I recommend you don't either.

Mic stopped working less than a week after owning.

Never buying this again.I have bought this headset twice cause the first one broke witch is no big deal since they’ll brake sometime but the second time on the same spot where the first one broke it is up right unexpectedly bad for the price and I bought the second one like 4 months ago.

Had if for 25 days and now the mic doesn’t work, there’s something wrong with the wire. I attempted to use the mic on different controllers, still no luck. I thought these were supposed to be really good quality and I take care of them. Best part is I can’t return them, I just wasted $50.

No selection and the price was ridiculously high. Nothing on the displays.

I needed them to work on a iMac. I plugged them in to the 3.5 audio jack and heard absolutely nothing. I was told they would work but they made me have to reset the SMC and NVRAM to get it up and running again i promptly took it back to the store. Not compatible with Catalina at all in my instance.

Only one star because I bought this headphones for my kids to play with their friends on switch and I did everything they asked me to do,download the program to increase the volume,registers the products but the microphone it never worked even after all they said.,so totally not recommend this for switch console.

They may be fine for other computers but it really messed with mine:(

Son didn't like them, said the ear pads were to small.

I had many issues with this headset. The main issue was that others would hear static when I used the microphone. Talked to Razer support with zero help and does not connect to Razer Synapse software to make adjustments. Used on multiple devices and never had nice microphone quality.

Very low volume Sounds good but not loud It's very light and not quality sound

This headset always breaks right in the middle. Teenager does use it but isn't overly hard on it...I don't think it should break in half so easily...and I have tried this one more than once

they look great but the sound isn't very good on the Xbox system
