I plugged it in correctly with the pink and green adapter. The playback was very quiet and muffled. So I also tried other plugs to make sure. Either the adapter had issues or the mic was malfunctioning. It was unfortunate. It was Sent back.

Is not easy to use it on phone as i thought it would be.

Did not work straight out of the box. Had to take back to exchange but the store did not have it stock so had to order for shipping which meant I had to pay an additional $6 in shipping costs. Hope the next set works.

For ps4, not good for footsteps sounds muddy & flat.

This headset isn't all that great. Razer has you install some other software to even use their headset which is a huge pain. The mic clipped out often and it's cheaply made. It broke within a few months of using it.

Cheaply made. But works. Will probably break in a 6 months of normal use. If your pocketbook doesn’t have enough to buy a different product. Please buy the warranty as I did. I’m am almost certain it will be needed.

Had these for less than 2 months. I use them about 2x a week and most of the time they just sit on my desk. Audio only comes out of the left side—right is totally broken. Do not buy.

I can not recommend this Gaming Headset, since it did not work for me. In fact, I later purchased a cheaper one. Would you believe it operates well with desktop and laptops. Otherwise, the Razer-Kraken x wired needs a little updating.

bought as a birthday present for my sister, for a couple months she used some cheap earbuds over these, then when she needed a mic and started to use them, one side died. cant even last 6 months of light use!

Less than a month after buying and using the headset for the first time I now consistently hear static in the head set and anyone that car hear me hears loud persistent statice that makes the headset borderline unusable with other people.

Never did any harm to these. Just started making this random static noise whenever audio played when through them. And the return policy is done. Don't make the same mistake I did. just buy hyper X headsets, they're so much better.

Absolutely atrocious when it comes to the sound quality of this headset. I had a Rig Pro 500 and the sound was 10 times better. Would absolutely not recommend this headset to any gamer wanting quality directional sound.

I bought these for my 8 year old to use on his Nintendo light for gaming. I purchased then in June and a month later he is experiencing feedback noise...very irritating!

When they worked I enjoyed them. Sadly even though I literally never moved the headphones except to put on head or take off they broke on both sides. I was being extra careful and they destroyed themselves

Sound is tinny. We returned and got (ROCCAT - Elo 7.1 USB RGB PC Gaming Headset with Surround Sound, 50mm drivers & RGB lighting - Black) instead which has good bass and is overall way better than Razer.

One of the earpiece sliders developed a crack (4-5 months in) that grew in to a complete separation (8 months). Sound quality was mediocre. Best to "buy once, cry once" and avoid this discount crap.

I was looking for a TV. I waited for 30 minutes with no help. Employees were standing around but. I one could help. After asking different employees to help me and they all said it was not their department I left.

I did not like this headset! I couldn’t hear in game sounds well enough to play properly. Even with the headset turned all the way up, the sound was way too low. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this headset

I can't believe I wasted money on this. The stupid thing is broken and I've only had it for two weeks. Can't even return since the return window has closed. DON'T BUY!
