Broken out of the box and returned to the store within the day. Headphones were bad quality and the mic was busted. Exchanged for corsair and had no issues.

Friends constantly complained about how my voice sounded and when they fell off my desk they split in half. Would never buy again. Hyper x is what o have now and o love it

After about 3 weeks it started cutting in and out and the headset itself feels cheap like a $15 headset I do not recommend this stay away from this mic and get Astro a10s they lasted me 3 years

While playing games, you can hardly hear anything even at max volume. The microphone also doesn’t pick up enough and my friends could not hear me in any of the games we played.

Lasted a whole month without issues. Then started to cutoff periodically. And thanks to Best Buy's horrible return policy, no longer returnable.

The headset didn't last 6 months before the speakers started acting up and the adjustable plastic connecter to the ear speakers broke. Worst purchase ever!

I got this less than a month ago and have only used it about 5 times and suddenly noticed the whole headphone dangling by a wire because the plastic straps inside just fully broke off...

Didn’t work as it was suppose to. Not all features available. Best Buy would not allow me to return it so I’m stuck with it

It doesn’t work, I purchase one and though it was defective since it stopped working, I exchange it for another one of the same and it stopped working after two day, don’t waste your money

Absolutely awful quality. The entire right earpiece is starting to break off after just 2 months of use. This is my second replacement. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EXCUSE FOR A HEADSET.

Had them for about three months before the band around the head where you adjust the size broke and the company won’t help despite it being a flaw with the headphones

Don’t get it. Definitely not worth it as it breaks constantly. Second time i bought the same headset and it broke on me again. Razer has some terrible build quality.

This exploded on my sons ear. It is now hanging by a cord. We have never had a set do this before. He’s had it about 2 months. I am so upset with the quality.

I thought it was going to be good, but it ended up breaking within 3 days. The top of the headset snapped.

The lady that gave me the headset was nice but the headset had some problems the mic is very low and it doesn’t mute when you press the mute button the lady’s name is (Alex)

The band that goes over top of your head on the headphones is WEAK!!!! It started cracking just little by little as months went by. I would not recommend this to ANYBODY!!!

I picked this mic up, not realizing that it is a complete pain in the backside to connect with realtek on PC, and once i got it the microphone wouldn’t even pick up my voice.

Absolutely garbage headset. Sound is awful, microphone quality is trash. Earcups are too shallow

Device stopped working for no reason and I can’t any help on it. Thought I fixed it but then it stopped. Try to a return and the website deals out on me.

Horrible. If you don’t sit them down on something soft, they immediately quit working. Will never buy or recommend. Completely horrible waste of money.
