Pretty good audio,works good with my Xbox One S. Only problem is the mic doesnt go back into the headset like the Razer Kraken. Great buy

Overall going to have to give a 9.5 out of 10. A phenomenal piece of Hardware and made by one of the best Gaming Communities in the world! I've never had a complain about anything Razer and when I saw the Sleekness of the Kraken X I needed it in my hands immediately. The only drawback is of course the extra 30 dollars for the entirety of the sets limits in the form of the THX Spatial Audio. Solid Piece of Tech, definitely recommended for players of all styles.

I owned this headset for 10 months before it broke. The headset is made out of a cheap plastic that starts degrading with repeated use. Warranty was denied for me. The headset broke at the intersection between the actual ear muffs and the headpiece. Despite that, it had good sound and no issues for the whole 10 months. It just mechanically broke. I take care of my equipment so I am very surprised that it broke so quickly. If you want a longer lasting headset, go with a different brand.

This is a Christmas gift for grandson and will review after. The online reviews I read before were good on this headset.

The extensions on it broke after 3 weeks so i tried fixing it with superglue but the plastic is like paper mache. Save your 50 bucks on another headset. it was pretty comfy while it lasted and mic worked perfectly.

I used to have headphones from Xbox, but they broke down so I decided to go by these headphones and so far they have been better than the other headphones.

Lasted one year, I pulled it just a little bit too hard and the plastic broke making the headset unusable. Sound and mic are ok (not great, but not bad either). Overall, I think this is a good temporary headset for the money. Don't buy it if you expect it to last long.

This product has very good sound from music to gaming

don't get me wrong, i love razer products but this headset was the most uncomfortable thing i've ever put on my head. it was way to tight around my head, practically squishing the life out of me. and yes, i know you can adjust them, but that's only for the ears. very disappointed.

I've had this since 02/11/2020 (it's 03/24/2020 today), and the left side is already going out without any reason. I've tried different PCs, rebooted my PC, tried straightening out the cord, nothing. Razer's whole warranty system is awful too (you have to request a RMA which takes 3 business days, then you have to send it in, where you will later find out whether they'll repair or replace). Meaning if I wait for the warranty I could be without a headset for like...a month maybe more. This is awful. I now need to buy another headset, because best buy won't do anything because it's outside the 14 days.

Disappointing and surprising given the brand. Headset cracked on both sides of headphone. Son used his allowance money on these and is so upset. They should not break from regular use. Hadn't even had this set for a month. Headphones from "Five and Below" or other discount stores last longer than these pieces of junk. DO NOT waste your money. We will be looking at other brands for new headphones.

I would give these 0 stars if possible. The 7.1 audio interface is absolutely awful. It took forever to setup (2 days) and when I finally did, the quality was garbage due to software. Now, whenever I open a game, EVERYTHING lags. I mean, the RGB on my keyboard is having a spasm. I've reinstalled and reconfigured drivers to try and fix it but no avail. I'm extremely disappointed in Razer's headset this time around.

Razor has always been garbage, you want great headphones cough up the $100 bucks and get the office ps5 headsets you want great PC headsets get Roccats gaming headsets you want Xbox series X/S get some great turtlebeach or Astros stay away from Razor cheap plastic will always break and you don't wanna look like a joke with tap on your head.

Sound was ok, not great. Mic worked. It literally broke within three weeks. The plastic extender (for larger heads) just cracked.

These Razor headsets suck!! after a few months one of the ear pads with come off and they are impossible to get back on, very poor design!!!
