Great cans for the price. I've got it for $20 off an I must say that this entry level gaming headset from Razer is superb.

The setup was annoying. I was missing the audio hd driver. That wasn't the products fault of course. The sound is great and mic is good. It comes with the 7.1 surround sound but you have to download the software for it. They offer the THQ software for $20 and they have a 15 day free trial which I am using at the moment. THQ in my opinion brings base and little more detail into the sound. Overall I think it's a great product and wasn't really that expensive when it comes to gaming.

If you want a affordable head set that is from Razer, then go with the Kraken X. Very comfortable And very light weight as well.

The sound was good and felt comfortable. But the band broke prematurely, which was disappointing. I was able to return it, but the manufacturer didn't make returns easy. Luckily Best Buy was awesome and worked with me to return it.

I've had these for a month & typically game everyday and so far no complaints! Great quality, great sound, plus very comfortable.

I try and shift through a couple headsets, and these fit extremely well. Comfortable fit for larger people. Comfy on the ears.

Lightweight, good microphone quality, awesome for the price!

The audio from the headset is really good. But I couldn’t test the mic because it was broken on my specific item so I returned it. Other than that it’s has good sound quality decent build even though its plastic. Kind of disappointing that the mic doesn’t come off but that’s alright.

This headsets are comfortable in the ears and the sound its great and when you play the sound its not bother you.

Sounded great, I noticed a little raspy oh, but I wasn't sure if that's just a music issue on YouTube with it, Razer has always been my top favorite obviously you pay what you get for so you're not getting the most value but you are getting a pretty good value for what you're paying for it and it did its job and I heard very small details and gameplays like dead by daylight

The microphone is excellent and the band doesn’t hurt my head and is comfortable. Way worth the price.

Bought these for kids’ e-learning. Was looking for something inexpensive that had a microphone and decent quality sound. No complaints so far and sound is better than regular earphones. Noise canceling is good, not great. All in all, it does a good job for my needs. 7.1 surround sound feature not available for iMac, even though headphones are compatible with Apple.

Works great and appears durable enough. Should last a couple of years. The sound quality is very good. I have not tried 7.1 sound yet
