That wasn't the products fault of course. The sound is great and mic is good. It comes with the 7.1 surround sound but you have to download the software for it. They offer the THQ software for $20 and they have a 15 day free trial which I am using at the moment. THQ in my opinion brings base and little more detail into the sound. Overall I think it's a great product and wasn't really that expensive when it comes to gaming.

It works well with my PS4! Cons - Not good for conversing with others in others when using apps such as LINE, Discord, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram Desktop for my laptop. Too much static.

Good sound average build quality

But I couldn’t test the mic because it was broken on my specific item so I returned it. Other than that it’s has good sound quality decent build even though its plastic. Kind of disappointing that the mic doesn’t come off but that’s alright.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounded great, I noticed a little raspy oh, but I wasn't sure if that's just a music issue on YouTube with it, Razer has always been my top favorite obviously you pay what you get for so you're not getting the most value but you are getting a pretty good value for what you're paying for it and it did its job and I heard very small details and gameplays like dead by daylight
