My first and last Razer product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't normally write product reviews but I'm making an exception. I do not recommend this headset. The parts are made of cheap plastic and have started cracking in two places after 17 months of use. I contacted Razer for a replacement, as the product is within its two year warranty, and they immediately denied it because they determined the damage was "customer-caused." I had to reply with a sternly-worded email mentioning my rights as a consumer and their warranty to get them to comply. It is not worth the hassle. It is cheap plastic that will break. I read some other reviews and there are people with my exact experience. This is my first Razer product and it will be my last.

Feels Cheap, And echo's when muted

Audio is good but mic volume leaves a lot to be desired. Was not a bad purchase for the price, would be something else next time and spend a few dollars more.
