    Great for Computer, XBox, PS4

Bought for my sons gamer room. The sound bar is small and subwoofer as well but both have Razer logo. Good sound quality. I would not use on a large living room TV setup because much better options. But for smaller TVs and PS4, XBox or PC excellent sound product. The product is high quality. Light weight. Comes with analog connector and optical sound connector. The sound bar will fit under a PC monitor or TV on its stand. Cords and product are well built. Very happy with purchase. My son's room I converted into a Razer Zone from buying products from Best Buy. I am very pleased with all their products. Some of the best built products and packaging I have seen in the computer industry in long time. Cannot go wrong with Razer. I hope they begin venturing into larger versions in future.

THE GOOD: Extremely loud bass. That's about it. THE BAD: No remote; menu setup on unit is obtuse, forcing you to press multiple buttons for simple actions; Compatibility issues with my smart T.V. and two PCs; Comes w. low-quality cables, and unit itself feels like it's made of flimsy plastic; 5.1 emulation is horrible and results in muffled, sludgy-sounding playback with no discernible directional effect; Stereo playback is on-par with standard T.V. speaker quality; Unit's max volume is way too low; hooking up to older 5.1/7.1 systems is only possible through a mono-cable connection (i.e. headphone/microphone jack). I regret choosing this as a last-minute BDay present. I've dealt with Razer's low-quality products before, so I'm not sure why I was expecting anything else but overpriced, underpowered and faulty gaming hardware. Returned and lesson learned. DO NOT buy this hunk of junk. Get a real sound bar for your media setup.

As good as it gets for a 2:1 speaker system.

I'm very pleased overall. We moved. New Den. I no longer had the ability to accommodate 6 speakers. I went from an actual 5:1 system to the Leviathan. I didn't expect to experience 5:1 sound with the Leviathan, but it's certainly directional, and that ain't bad. I'm using it in combo with a SoundBlaster Z card. The results in terms of emulated surround are very satisfactory. Much of what you experience can, of course be a product of the particular game you may be running. And I've never heard bass this well rendered on any similar system. It's not just intense thump, it's more, there is depth and character. If you haven't the room to accommodate a multi speaker array, I can't see a better solution than the Leviathan.

My son not only uses this system for gaming, but also jams on it to his favorite music as well as watching movies. The sound quality really surprised me. This was a great purchase.

Super happy with my purchase. I like these better than the Klipsch computer speakers I had previously which I went thru 2 sets before trying these. Sounds great, good base and looks nice! No complaints as I haven't had a single problem. I haven't run into the issue of them turning off automatically. I can turn my computer off and this will stay on all night without any audio coming through. Some people have complained about the lack of a remote. Well, Razer is a pc gaming company and I have these set up at my desk. So it doesn't bother me. If I wanted a sound bar & Sub for my tv I'd go to the tv section. Which is exactly what I did for that purchase. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Pro tip! Adjustable Bass!!

I am quite happy with the Leviathan. It is my primary pc gaming sound system, and the only systems I like better are Bose and more than twice the cost. If you don’t like that the system powers off on its own there is a semi-official firmware patch.. google that. If you feel there is too much bass by default (as did I), the manual DOES describe how to adjust the bass levels. Hold down the Dolby symbol button while pressing the “+” or “-“ button to change the bass levels.

I picked this up at my local Best Buy location on clearance for $100 plus tax. It was recommended by one of the Best Buy associates. I do NOT regret my purchase. The sound quality is great, it fits perfectly with my gaming setup. The bass is really good as well, although I will say, during moves I sometimes hear a rattling sound and I am not sure why. It does not turn off after 3 minutes like some of the other reviews say though. I guess mine has a firmware update or something but it seems to be satisfying enough for me.

Not what I expected from them.

I've had this product for awhile now and not very satisfied with it for several reasons. First off is that the sub is so overpowering that you can't really hear the sound from the bar. Even when sitting right in front of it. Second the equalizer is a joke none of the settings seem to balance the system out. The bar is very directional meaning if you walk out of the room you can't hear it very well. Lastly using the optical output there is a latency gap where it doesn't receive sound at first and the timeout when not receiving sound Is stupid.

Love how it sounds but the most annoying feature is the auto shut off that can not be programmed. Read work around which had people send low frequency sound to the sound bar so it wont shut off. hope they come out with a chroma version to match the rest of my desktop .

I absolutely love my Razor Leviathan set. Great sound, great bass. If I were to change anything about this unit it would be the ability to change the time out function. It has a 20 minute inactivity auto shut down. For the most part while using it as a computer soundbar its not that big of an inconvenience being its within arms reach to turn it back on. An optional remote would be nice.

    Poor separation and annoying timeout

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The Leviathan sounds quality is good but the unit suffers from the speakers being to close together resulting in poor stereo separation. In addition Leviathan has a "feature" that turns the system off if no sound is detected after a short period of time. To make this even more annoying the speakers sometimes will not power back up by pressing the power button and the unit has to be unplugged and then plugged back in to operate. The only reason I keep using these speakers is they were so expensive!

Typical Razer product; it's pretty, it's got great sound, and it won't last 18 months before it falls apart. Mine lasted 14. It wasn't moved or disturbed during that time, it just stopped working after 14 months. Very difficult to service, I ended up throwing it out, just like every other Razer product I've ever purchased.

    DO NOT BUY

This speaker will work fine for the first week that you have it. Then, all of the sudden it won't turn on. And when you call Best Buy to get a replacement or refund, they will go quiet after less than 5 minutes on the phone. HUGE waste of money.
